Brought in a chain from my chainsaw to have two new chains made up. Arrive at the job site up island, only to find out they made the chains 4 inches too long! Drive all the way into Mill Bay, get two correct chains, then all the way back to the job site. Total wasted day....take incorrect chains back the next day and not even an apology.....will not return for future business.

The customer service is best here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They do their research and make sure to order the right part the first time. They work on Honda, Toro, MTD / Cub Cadet, Echo, I don't think there is a major brand they don't deal with.If you're going in there ask for Chad! He's super friendly and down to earth.

Went in there to get a obsolete part for my mower. Knowing I couldn't get it but all I needed was a simple cable that was 54 inches long. Chad refused to sell me a cable telling me that I needed part number and model number. Gave him the part number and model all to find that what I already told him. Was true the part is no longer available. I asked again for a simple cable with two very very common clips on it and he would not sell it to me I went to Canadian Tire picked up a simple 54 inches long cable and boom my mower now works. Will never deal here again. Very unprofessional and rude.

I have found them extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to talk to you through any problems with your equipment. The whole team is helpful, but a special shout out to Chad, he has the greatest.

I took in a broken spring for my ride on mower. I had my manual showing the model etc. I told them it was related to the cutting deck not going up and down. They looked it up on the internet and ordered the part. I had to prepay. It was $40 for the spring. It’s a 1/2 drive for me each way to this store. I picked it up but didn’t have the old one with me at the time and when I got home and compared it to the spring it was to replace it was way to big around and too long. Drove back out to return it and then they wanted to charge me a restocking fee even though they told me that was the replacement part. After some back and forth they did give me a full credit. In the mean time a friend had found some springs they thought might work but I asked if they could see what the proper part was and if it was available in case the others didn’t work. The owner didn’t want to be bothered. Said it had already cost him money. Said if he could see the mower he would know better. I don’t have any way to take a ride on mower in.If I’m not able to replace the part then I’ll be looking to purchase a new one. Given his attitude with me I won’t even consider going there to buy one. The owner needs to work on his customer service skills!

Went in struggling to find a part and understand the problem the part was causing. The person at the front was extremely helpfully and really took the time to explain the problem/ solution thus walking away with the part info/ solution. I would highly recommend the service as the conversation saved me time/ money/ headache. I know where I am gong when I need to upgrade my equipment in the future.

I have brought my Husqvarna chain saw there twice for servicing both with good results. Last time they showed my some tricks to save me money on my chain so I am very happy to support this small business. If your going to buy a chainsaw in Victoria buy it here as they are the same price as the big box stores but actually stand behind there product

Called in yesterday requesting a part. Guy on the phone told me to come in, telling me he had a few of these parts on the wall. I drove 30 minutes to this destination. Today I came in with my part on hand, and providing photos with model numbers (if required). I approached the front counter describing my part(s) needs. The front counter person put me to the side, helped two other customers that were behind me yet I was before them. When it was my turn, the counter service rep told me rudely he had NO time to search for the part
