Cash for Cans Bottle & Can Retrieval Center

Staff needs to shower the smell of body odor is very offensive!!! Claims there were bugs in the cans that were not there and you can check the cameras on that one. The boy with long dark hair and raging dark eyes proceeded to roll eyes and slam the cans profusely while scrambling the rules of clean cans. My cans were absolutely cleaned I’ve seen multiple complaints about this over the years with nothing done, yet I still come to this facility, not anymore! What kind of business are you running?!?! Who the hell did that staff member think he was?!?! Do you drug test your staff?

The place is dirty like to where I needed to wipe my sandals down afterwards. Staff was OK, not friendly but not rude. Service was quick and I was thanked for coming which was nice. They have bins for local fundraisers they allow which I thought was nice. They did have a restroom but it was employee only so that is kind of a bummer but to each their own. Lack of cleanliness is why I only gave 2 stars.

It's so nice having a local place to return cans and bottles. Quick, prompt service. Will definitely be coming back.

Very friendly and great customer service. This in my opinion is the best and fastest place to recycle bottles.

Friday 10th December time was about 4:30pm sign say they are open but no one in store I wait about 10 minutes

Today we had the joy of dealing with Jeremy. I have never met someone so rude in a customer service position. He talked to people like they were garabage. I even heard a man ask him if he was having a bad day and if that's why he was being so rude. We will never come back here. We have always dealt with the week long turn around times, that's bad enough. I will not come in and be disrespected. Jeremy... You are an embarrassment.

I returned cans on May/28/2022 in the afternoon. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude I get it’s not a cream of the crop job. I don’t wanna hear you don’t have enough help. Or you were gonna turn me away if I had any more bags than I did. He was miserable foul mouth over stimulated greasy hair guy.I believe his name was Jeremy said he’s the only guy who works there Holding on to the little bit of power he does have talking down to people trying to return there cans. I will not come back there I think it’s disgusting the way he was talking to the older clients that are a little less fortunate than others and rely on returning there cans for money. As a fellow manager for disabled clients who I know collect cans as a hobby if I seen him mistreating one of them I know if it was someone on my staff they wouldn’t have a job. I understand the staffing crisis but there’s no excuse for a creep like that to represent a business behind a counter that I manage. I’m sure this will be an ignored review but as an adult with atleast a little bit of integrity and god in my life I felt I had to write this review. All I remember is he had long dark hair, large eyes and a big mouth.

This place is near my work and I've always wanted to try it. I went there today, after another can redemption place I tried was closed when it should have been opened, and found this one to be closed as well. Sign on the door said it was open 9-5. This was only 2:30 and the place was locked with a sign on the door that said he back at 9am. Now I'm stuck with a car full of bottles and don't know where to take them. How can these places do business when they aren't open when they are supposed to be? You take a gamble going out to see if you'll get lucky today and find it open? Very frustrating. I live in Niagara Falls and drove to GI and Tonawanda to return bottles, and neither place was open !
