I came here from Okotoks for my advanced road test, and the experience was fantastic. The check in process was quick, the girls behind the counter were nice and personable, and the driving examiner was entirely reasonable, fair, and professional. It was 100% worth the drive.

Excellent service and friendly staff. They helped me out with an unusual situation in a very professional way.

Registry was not able to register a insured and active snowmobile. They tried telling me the vin had been altered or the machine had never been registered. In the end it was just incompetance. Went to another registry and they had it properly registered in 15 mins. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Wait in line for 45 mins to find out that there is only one person in the company who can register a business name , and they are not in..Should trian more then one person for a task

This office is sorely lacking in personality and customer service. My husband is in a wheelchair and I asked the agent if there was a lower counter that we could do our business on so he could see what was going on. She said no we don't have that here. I said what about this desk( was about 2 feet from where she sat). She said no he can just sit" where he is. I said well he has no use of his legs so he has no choice and as the counter is very high he is basically taking to the counter. Absolutely no regard for him at all. She didn't once Crack a smile or give even a fake "how are you today". We will NEVER go to this location again. On a positive note one of the other ladies there on another occasion was pleasant and human to me. I think she was the one exception in this office."

Went in to register an out of province vehicle and not only were we treated rudely they were so not helpful. Didn’t even provide us with the document needed for the out of province vehicle inspection. Had to make a trip to Nanton. Where we were treated wonderfully and received the documents required. Won’t be back to High River. Okotoks and Nanton are a way better option if you want to be treated with kindness and respect.

I went to give my road test in this location. The space is a bit tight for the number of people it receives. The people are very friendly and the man who evaluates you in the road test makes you feel very comfortable.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Morgan! The staff have always been friendly and helpful, but my most experience here, in particular due to to Morgan’s assistance and attitude was fantastic. I’m sorry, I didn’t catch the name of the other lady on shift this morning (she appeared to have an accent) but she was very friendly and kind as well.I highly recommend this agency. Went there when I first moved here and switched my license over. First of all the lady processed my application incorrectly. And secondly I went back to update it and apply for health cards etc and the lady at the desk was extremely rude about not texting first. (Last time I walked in no texting etc) not happy with their service nor am I happy with their attitude in confronting customers walking in. Will never pay for any services here ever again. Will happily pay the gas money to go to any other registry office.

No issues, always do a great job, These guys are always slammed and deal with people patiently. Lisa is the best one there ;p
