Building is a mess. Management is extremely rude and useless.

I love it here ...beautiful condos, clean environment but the pool and gym only opened for a few days and closed ... that's disappointing.

Beautiful, upscale and modern mid-rise condominium on world famous Yonge Street just outside of downtown Richmond Hill. Full amenities including indoor pool and fitness centre. Shopping right at your doorstep including boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Close to parks, schools and the Richmond Hill Central Library. Right on the Viva transit rapidway that connects to the TTC Yonge subway line.

Pool isn't ready. Gym isn't ready. Water leaks everywhere. Whoever supervises this place definitely does not do inspections....you should rethink their job and do something else.

I feel bad for the businesses here. I came to support and legitimately parked yet was ticketed. Business owner questioned about Concierge about how the customers should be warned when ticketing, Concierge clearly did not care about us or the businesses.

I've lived in about 5 different condos and this is the worst condominium so far. Water leaks from the walls and floor. Building looks good from out side but if you saw the underground parking lots, so many cracks and it looks like an old weak building. It has been already 2 years here but pool and gym is still not ready to use. I usually don't write reviews but I had to let people know this. I'm moving out soon.

Absolutely hated living here - I was happy to move out. Constant service interruptions, air conditioning broke multiple times in one day (when it was 35°C+), haven’t had my windows cleaned since I moved in there (so basically never had a single window cleaning EVER), pool and gym took forever to open and maintenance fees were never reduced or credited, constantly smelled like pot and cigarettes and security never did anything to investigate (no problem with smokers, just please do it on your balcony!!). Some people who live there are horrible too, never respecting other people. Living on Yonge sucked - constant sirens from emergency vehicles, constantly people with loud cars and motorcycles. Security never really did anything, especially the older man in tower C who works evenings. One time there was a huge party in the PARKING GARAGE, and security asked ME to call the police because the party wouldn’t listen to security when they were asked to stop. Don’t have any expectations if you live here.

Fancy condominium but their visitor parking is so confusing. It’s hard to walk out of the parking or walk into the parking.

I lived for soo long and they still don't have the pool and gym open.

Nice condo in a good location on Yonge.
