They (Ministry of Social Services), hide some of the information, services and resources that are helpful or useful. They are supposed to help people who are in need of help. I needed help. I asked them about programs & services that are available. I wanted to work so I could have enough money to really live. You try living on the amount you get. It's not enough money to live on and they hide the ways to make it so you can do better.

I think they are fast, (for the amount of people they receive), informative and friendly. I like that they allow my children and I to be seen first, (I appreciate the positive response from people in line:), as there is a children seen first" policy.The only issue I have is the smell of urine in the entrance located on Powell Street."

Always a long line of people. Closes for an hour for lunch 12-1. So keep that in mind. It closes @ 4 even if you have been in the line since 1 they have closed the door 2 times when I was the next person to get in and I was there only to pick up a check both times on a Friday so there it is. They could care less if you die. Beware people, New World Order is and has been running our world for many years. Scary.
