Listen, I LOVE Loblaws. Have never had anything but fantastic experiences with the company. UNTIL TODAY. The woman working in Optical was so unhelpful, so rude, and has had me fired up for hours. I can't stop thinking about her. I won't ever buy from this place. If you like rude and nasty, go here! If you want to be treated well, avoid this optical service. The rest of the store -- and staff -- here are fantastic, but don't step foot in the optical.

Theodore & Pringle Optical in Loblaws
I went to loblaws optical, 1100 princess st when my glasses and frames broke. I could not go to my usual place because it was too far away and costs too much for me now. The staff were amazing, they were patient, helpful, and kind to me, I received excellent service! I had to leave town in less then a week, and they had my glasses ready for me the day after I came in for an eye exam. I am so thankful that the staff were as helpful and kind as they are.

Theodore & Pringle Optical in Loblaws
Got called to come in to pick-up my daughters glasses so I told haily that I would send my daughter in the next day to get them she said okay what time I said between 3 and 4 she said okay. Well daughter went there and they told her sorry not able to release the glasses to you because haily the Optometrists is not working today. Long story short they did not tell the truth and I will never go back there again. When ask to speak to the manager the Manger was not there

My experience with both staff and optometrist in this branch was great! Friendly, on time, with reasonable price and offers on their glasses.
