The worst experiences that I have ever received with a post office. I have dropped business materials to be shipped off on multiple occasions, and every time there is a new problem with what I am dropping off. I ask every time before I leave is everything done correctly so that I do not have to drive here again as I work in the country and have to drive in and no one can seem to help. But the second I get back to my desk there is a problem that entails an additional fee or that I have to drive back to fix. An example would be that all of the mail is not facing the same way, I do not mail things in bulk often so I did not know this and even asked before I left. Continually unhappy with the service received here.

Canada Post is terrible! The delivery clerk keeps stealing my packages and mgmt cant do anything about it! Without tracking, you are at the mercy of who you get delivering. I use flex delivery but a few fall through the cracks and i simply dont get any of those packages

Please, a percel was sent to me on the 20th of december 2022 from Ottawa to Kitchener and am yet to receive it. Please what can i do it was not have tracking number. My home address on it, is correct but the sendwr did not write the postal code.

A HUGE thank you to a group of workers that went WELL above and beyond on a (closed) Saturday to find a delayed Xpresspost package with an urgently needed passport, and making sure it made it to us in another town. You saved our weekend and our daughter’s trip abroad.This episode has restored my faith that there are still lots of good people around!

Waiting 9 days for a delivery that was promised. Closed because they have no staff? Or was it closed because staff thought they should have Family Day off like the rest of the province. You're Federal. This is one holiday you don't get. Unacceptable. Zero service.

I don’t know what’s going on here lately but all the parcels shipped to me keep’s getting rerouted. I’m in Mount Forest, not Durham. Get your act together, it’s not hard

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I needed my package earlier than expected for work related purposes and the staff made sure it happened. Very professional and kind people. I will definitely be a continuing customer.
