I have never left a bad review for anyone. But Iam very disappointed in the communication. We have waited patiently and still no response. I feel sorry for the staff answering the phones from upset customers.

Two signing appointments cancelled, two missed closings on a sale, had to find a new lawyer and then was charged the entire amount in order that the trust funds would be released. The bill was the only timely thing that was received. The purchaser's lawyer received first communication two days after the 2nd missed closing. So disappointed, always want to support the local guy but stay away if you have a time sensitive issue. Complained to the Law Society and still nothing done. Communication was terrible, phone calls not returned, when I talked to a real person I was told to stop asking for updates over and over.

These folks helped my Mom update her will after my Dad passed away. They made that process easy, and their prices were very reasonable

Very bad at keeping up with communication. And organisation. At some points I would wait months to hear back from Patrick.

Wasn't the right specialty but was very courteous in answering questions that he could! Thank you Patrick.
