Gym At The Plex

I looked into membership here, but they want at least a 3 month contract and I thought it was pricey. They referred me to Pro-Fit. I'm glad they did.

0/5 stars. This sketchy gym will continue to take your money after your membership expires. Go else where.

Hole in the wall, never cleaned and no classes

THEY STOLE MY MONEY: I paid for ONE YEAR ($700) up front, one month into it I asked if I could pause my membership due to Covid numbers going up I thought maybe I'll wait till they go down again, I was told over text by a manager that was fine. Fast forward to February 22nd and I went in to unpause my membership and I was told by the owner they don't pause memberships and my membership is expired now and he lies and says there's nothing he can do. He made it seem like it's my fault, and now they stole 11 months ($640) of payments from me and won't do anything at all.Judging from my experience and all the other reviews please do not support this business, they are ripping people off and do not care at all. I guess the owners Doctors salary isn't enough for him and needs your money too. Greedy piece of sh*t. F*ck this place.

Horrible customer service, key fob often wouldn’t work and had to walk back home. They charged me even after I told them to stop. No one answers the phone. The owner is extremely rude.

Dirty, small, and poorly managed gym. This is your warning. They advertise classes, never has there ever been any. Waist of money
