Young kids in charge of the store, making sure they do as little as possible. Fast to point fingers but when asked for help, can't be bothered. At one point my dog did her business and when I asked for something to clean it, they brought me only a little bag... so I couldn't clean the floor afterwards risking someone falling. Horrible, they need training on how to do their jobs better. Send them to the Anjou store which is top notch.

Very calm vibes, suberb staff, good selection on a lot of things (the store is pretty big). All around, have nothing bad to say about this store.

Honestly. I have worked in a pet store myself when I was a teenager and young adult. Never in my life would I have asked someone to pick up after their animal, especially when it is obviously an accident and I had the decency to let them know… My hands were FULL with products and holding 2 very polite dogs. She looked at me and told me to pick it up on my way out… lollllll and no, she did not offer to help with the dogs nor the products! :)

You have a hungry pet? You go to Mondu. Easy! I've been to a lot of other stores and i usually end up looking back for a Mondu. Also they help animals in a lot of ways. They support Educhateur and they do events.
