I was recommended to use Kelly's plumbing & gas by a friend and called Kelly to take a look at a leaking pipes under my sink in Surrey last week - I sent him a video of the leak and he quickly provided me with a fix, saving me a lot of money in the process!Appreciate and thankful for the honesty and integrity, even more so in this current economic climate. Kelly will be my go to plumber for my house's plumbing needs from now on!

I called Kelly on Friday afternoon on the fly, after calling 10 + companies on a Friday night on a long weekend, he was the only person who would come by and take a look at my shower, on such short notice I was grateful. He came here as soon as he could, took a look at it took my shower apart took the pieces and came back in the morning with the new parts to fix my shower, it was late so he couldn't finish the job. all in all he was 10/10, professional, on time, fast & efficient. I have used Kelly on several occasions the last time for installing 2 new toilets. Each time I have called on him for service he has been reliable, honest and such a hard worker. He's even been kind enough to help answer questions over the phone or internet when I've been in a tizzy. Kelly always goes above and beyond and has genuine care for me as his customer. I met Kelly Rabb, and his team from Kelly's Plumbing & Gas, when they came to my house on a Strata plumbing issue. I was so impressed that I asked him to tackle some other plumbing issues we were having trouble with, one of which was the pesky bath tub. It would not drain fast enough when someone was showering, so that they ended their shower standing in water...and it was getting worse each week. Seems simple, but check this out. I had previously called another plumbing company to the house and asked them to fix the bath tub. Their plumber said it was not possible. That didn't make sense to me. It turns out, thanks to Kelly, that yes it was possible to fix the tub so that it worked perfectly. And no it was not easy, but Kelly did it...and did it expertly. Kelly also happily explained anything I wanted to know about the plumbing in my house. Great! All the other plumbing help our house needed was also expertly taken care of by Kelly, and the bill was really reasonable...a pleasurable bonus! I am very very happy with the service, the fairness of the pricing, and the expertise that Kelly and his team showed us during their work in our home. A huge thank you to Kelly, and his team Dan and Greg for their flawless help this month! And, yes of course, he will always be our first call in the future when we need a plumber.

I called Kelly for a large plumbing leak in our home. Kelly talks a lot and continually brags about how he used to work on high rises, but wanted to do more and really help people out. After our two bathroom floors had been ripped open to expose the pipes, it became obvious that Kelly bravo was mostly fiction and he really was out of his league and had no idea how to fix the problem. He would say that he would be there on a certain day but wouldn't show up or if he did it was really late. He does not provide you with a quote and pulls excessive requests for money out of a hat. Perhaps that is how he can afford all the cruises and art purchases that he continually brags about. Once our plumbing was functional (but not really fixed) I ended up paying him just to get him out of my house, knowing that I would need to now contact a contractor to fix the whole bloody mess. Our contractor had to rip up all the floors again and have his Red Seal Plumber redo all the piping as it was installed incorrectly. A professional plumber should know that you don't set new pipes directly into cement - right?? They would also know how to reinstall a pedestal sink (it was shimmed with a piece of plastic and leaked). There were three toilet seals just to try and level the toilet with the floor. Bottom line ... save your hard earned cash and do not contact this person for any of your plumbing needs.

Kelly is a very honest and straight forward man. He is very knowledgeable about his job and performed it very fast. Finished the task within 20-30 minutes tops. He is very approachable and is one of the cheaper plumbers with high quality work. I highly recommend him.

Kelly came to install a new toilet which was done quickly and professionally and came back early the next day to look a my fireplace and replace the thermostat. I was really impressed by the quick response and the professional services he provided.Thank you Kelly

Kelly has fixed our plumbing problems for the past 10 years and every job he did was done perfect! never an issue. We think Kelly is an outstanding plumber, who thinks outside the box....he has fixed some pretty tricky plumbing problems for us. He is a good person...a great plumber (the best) and does not overcharge.We have had other plumbers before we met Kelly, that overcharged and did not fix the problem...they also gave us a real run around when we tried to get them to come back. Kelly came in and fixed their shoddy work..for half the cost and in half the time!Hats off to Kelly - won't let you down - won't leave till the job is done properly.
