On a whim I decided to tag along on a trip to Canada. I have been finding my own way around Toronto and wandering from place to place searching for special places that I won't find in the states.I finally found a pure gem in Niche Essence specifically in Lynne. I took the subway out to north Toronto in search of this fragrance store and hesitantly approached the velvet rope to be greeted by this wonderful woman who warmly welcomed me into this amazing store.I expected to simply pick out a fragrance and walk out - little did I know this would be the highlight of my trip!!!Picking out a fragrance was a true experience and she was beyond knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in guiding me to the the exact scent for my mom and also for myself.I couldn't help smelling myself constantly as I walked out of the store almost two hours later smiling from such a special and wonderful experience; Lynne TRULY made my week!!Please go and visit this store and ask for Lynne as she will absolutely direct you to your perfect scent. I must say all of her peers are quite lovely as well! Just a lovely lovely store!Thank you for making my day!! I may live in the states, but going to department stores to purchase perfumes are a thing of the past for me - I cannot go back now!

One of my favorite fragrance stores in town! I've visited this store multiple times and I absolutely love it. They have an impressive collection of fragrances, and the staff is truly amazing. Zara, in particular, stood out as being extremely helpful and professional. Her knowledge about fragrances was impressive, and she took the time to walk around the store with me, answering all my questions patiently. I truly enjoyed my experience at this store. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a great selection of fragrances and exceptional customer service.

I absolutely adore the ambiance of this luxurious perfume boutique! My recent visit there was nothing short of incredible. I had such a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to Rose, the exceptional salesperson who assisted me. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge were truly impressive. What struck me the most was her warm and inviting demeanor, as well as her patience in guiding me through a consultation when I felt overwhelmed by the wide array of scents.Rose carefully selected a few perfumes for me to try on my skin, and what amazed me was her genuine focus on finding the perfect match rather than simply making a sale. She encouraged me to truly experience each fragrance and allowed me the time to fully immerse myself in their essence. This level of customer service is unlike anything I have encountered elsewhere. In the end, she expertly guided me to the absolute perfect perfume that resonated with me in every way.Without a doubt, I will be returning to this boutique, and I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone seeking the epitome of outstanding customer service. Trust me when I say, it's an experience you won't want to miss.

Decided to hit up Niche Essence earlier today after my morning shift and I was surprised to see the new additions of Thameen, FdB, Clive Christian and many others compared to my last visit in the summer. Kiavash was able to assist me and put me on a few new fragrances such as Thameen Royal Sapphire, Puredistance Black and the house's latest entry- M V2Q (intoxicatingly addicting).Needless to say I ended up purchasing a sample of Puredistance Black and Kiavash was generous enough to throw in a sample of Amouage Royal TobaccoWonderful selection of niche fragrances, relaxing ambiance, and a generous team behind it all!If you're local or visiting Toronto, and whether you're a fragrance enthusiast or just getting started, it doesn't get any better than this! This is the place to be to sample everything niche perfumery! Enjoy!

Best customer service ever!I had the best experience ever exploring a variety of niche perfume in this boutique.You cannot find the niche scent they carry anywhere else in Toronto.Zara was so helpful and patient to find my signature scent.Do a favour and give a visit to this amazing place!

I finally had the chance to stop by this store today and I was not disappointed. Not only do they carry an impressive breadth of niche fragrance brands, they have incredibly knowledgeable staff. Rose helped me with a ton of questions as I am still exploring some houses that are new to me. She was very patient and was able to recommend scents that I didn't even know existed, however were exactly on pointe to the notes that I favour. She encouraged me to test the fragrances and then decide which ones resonate with me vs pressuring me to buy on the spot. They have options to purchase samples, so you can explore before you commit to a bottle (or two). I really appreciate this type of customer service, as each bottle is not cheap and you don't want to be left with a bottle you will not wear.I would highly recommend you drop by and see for yourself. Delightful experience! This store offers a wide range of fragrances you don’t typically see anywhere. Rose put so much effort helping me go among them and find my new scent. The fact that I never received pushy demeanor or pressure-selling within multiple visits, yet was generously given chance to decide freely, makes me fall in love with this place. Will be coming back undoubtedly.
