We specialize in custom projects including lighting, memorial, recognition and unity work. Visitors to our studio can view the work of our represented artists along side our active glassblowing hotshop.

Vancouver Studio Glass
I dropped in to my favorite store in Granville Island yesterday. I was celebrating the anniversary of my father's death. Benjamin, the artist and owner, was a delightful bright spot in my day. He is so passionate about his work it is inspiring. I bought three momentoes to celebrate my father's memory. So beautiful!

Beautiful glass studio with a multitude of different artwork to choose from, all from local artists. From very traditional pieces, big and small, to some really funky and out there pieces that have very specific appeal, there is something for everyone! The staff are super friendly, and you can often see people working the glass in the workshop area. It's a super cool place to visit and an awesome place to find a gift for that person that has everything who you can never find something neat for. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I had the privilege of taking the paperweight course with Benjamin the other day! Got the opportunity to gather some glass and learn some basic starting techniques of glass blowing! Friendly staff and an amazingly supportive environment to get your feet wet and check out how amazing this skill is, and how difficult it can be to make the amazing pieces that they boast in their gallery! Keep up the good work Vancouver studio Glass and Thanks so much Benjamin!! A fantastic experience.

Amazing experience!! Took a class with Amon here and was literally mind blowing!:-) it was so informative and we got to get our hands dirty making some glass. We actually made our own project and learned a ton! These guys are true artists and so good at their jobs. But also so willing to share their craft. Really appreciate and insight into what you do. Was truly blown away!

For years I've said I wanted to try glass blowing, so when my wife gifted me a private lesson here I was super excited!Could not have been more pleased with my class. My instructor Henning, was incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and otherwise a great teacher. I liked that the class included a rundown on both the scientific and artistic sides of glass work.At the end of the lesson, I'd made two drinking glasses, pictured, which I took home after kilning. Definitely some work to go before I'm 'pro', yet what a cool keepsake and reminder of this great experience!Highly recommend!

I ran into this shop while visiting Granville Island. Although I didn't buy anything, I had great conversation with the folks inside the shop. They were really knowledgable about glass. The work that was produced made me appreciate the artistry and craftsmanship. A+ for service and real nice people.

You can watch people making glass in the small studio area they have within the shop. Tourists often flock to the windows and chat with the employees. Prices are high, but watching is free!

OUTSTANDING experience (private class) from beginning (booking) to end (all staff & instructor). We were genuinely welcomed, making us feel safe in the class/studio environment. An understanding, accommodating and supportive instructor (Eamon) made for an AWESOME experience.

Vancouver Studio Glass
I had an incredibly fun glassblowing lesson here with Eamon. After making a simple drinking glass, I wanted to try making a bird statuette. Eamon said it would be complex and he couldn't promise any results - only that it'd be fun. And wow, was he right!I had an absolute blast learning about the tools and techniques of glassblowing, and when something didn't go perfectly (like when I had trouble cutting off a piece of molten glass he brought me to attach to the piece) he improvised on the spot.I would beyond a doubt recommend the classes here, and the work they make themselves is gorgeous as well.
