White Rock Orthopaedic & Sports Physiotherapy Clinic

I fail to understand how this place dose not have few hundred 5 Start reviews. I had a severe Knee injury long time ago and about 3 months ago I twisted my leg, injuring the same knee. I went to few different fancy Physiotherapy places with amazing reviews and was amused those Physiotherapist could not figure out or help at all, finally gave White Rock Orthopedic & Sports clinic a try, met Debbie Hunter and in just one session I felt better, still waiting for Surgeon's appointment by the way, but the way it's going with Debbie's treatment, I think I won't even need that surgeon appointment. Also, last treatment I had I was there for almost 2 hours and no extra charge and she dose not work by the hour.

After Rotator surgery in May 2015 I went back ( hip replacement in 2010 ) to White Rock Physio to see Gene . 3 months later he informed me that something else was wrong with my shoulder as we were not progressing as should be . Dealing with WCB , & my family physician I finally got a 2nd opinion , which in turn meant another surgery. Thanks to Gene's patience & a lot of hard work I have now regained 80% of movement & am pain free. I highly recommend White Rock Physio with a 5 star to ALL the staff .

I had a severely broken ankle in three places from a running accident when I came to the White Rock Physio Clinic. Phillip helped me through the months long healing process with therapy that eventually got me running again. He kept me safe from reinjuring myself while encouraging appropriate exercise at each stage of recovery. They have a full gym with all the equipment and supervised exercise to make sure it is done right. Like anything, you get out of it what you put into it. Debbie also treated me for Vertigo which was a side effect from the fall. Within a week of her treatment the Vertigo was entirely gone. I am very thankful for their help that steered me to full recovery and would recommend them as very well qualified physiotherapists. They are extremely reasonably priced for the high quality service they provide.

I highly recommend this clinic. I've been there for two separate problems (back and knee) and both were successfully rehabilitated. Phil and the team know their stuff. They explain the reasons for your specific treatment (how it works) in a way that makes sense and gives you confidence that the exercises in the clinic and at home are going to work. The entire staff are both professional and very personable.

Have been going here for about fifteen years whenever an issue arises and always receive great care. A knowledgeable and friendly group of physiotherapists and staff. Early morning apts available (starting at 7:00 am) so you can go in before work. Parking at Windsor Square can be a bit tough to find at times, especially in the afternoon, but otherwise easily accessible and on the ground floor. Would recommend!

An extremely unprofessional environment regarding repeated errors in billing. Certainly a breach of confidentiality wherein I have the names and addresses of other clients. When I brought in my entire stack of invoices, not only was I dismissed but harassed by the accounting dept. woman, Nancy, during my workout to the point that I left the facility. After 60+ visits there, determining why my count did not match theirs on file, should have been paramount. Furthermore, I was informed via telephone call by the physiotherapist that they had been doing me a favour all along by taking me on as a client at the cut rate that ICBC stipulates they must charge. A sad display of inept clinal procedures and unprofessional attitudes.

I don't usually write reviews but was so happy with this clinic I though I should spread the word. While I was travelling through Canada playing rugby I sustained a shoulder injury and was referred here to see Phill. the ladies at the front desk were lovely and got me in to see Phill astoundingly quickly and were very pleasant every time I went there. with Phills treatment he helped me to a full recovery in a short time not pushing me to hard but keeping my body working for the recovery I highly recommended this clinic

The approach to physiotherapy worked well in the beginning but I needed a different approach where gentle manual manipulation is done on the back. Phil explained my situation well and listened to my feedback on how I was feeling.

Debbie spent 5 minutes with me treating my soar shoulder. The rest of the time was divided between laying on a bed with a hot towel on my shoulder and the Electric Muscle Stimulator or whatever this device is called. The exercises she gave me were a joke. While I was there she treated about 5 or 6 other patience at the same time.What a scam!!!!!

My boyfriend had a bad compound fracture at work due to a fridge falling on him and breaking his leg, and the wonderful Phillip has helped immensely with his recovery. The staff here are very nice and knowledgeable, it's clean and easy to get to, and surprisingly affordable for the high level of expertise provided :)
