Honest and Excellent Service !!!I have never posted a review let alone a positive one. But Kamal and Rim Ram Auto Sales deserve this recognition. I purchased a 2007 Lexus RX350 last March and was it ever a positive experience. Not only was the price cheapest in Auto Trader but the condition was excellent as attested by my mechanic. Do not just take my word.... see them and you will experience yourselves their honesty and excellent service.

Kamel was a great guy to buy a vehicle from. He was honest, friendly and very helpful with my purchase. I highly recommend Rim Ram if you are looking for amazing deals on used cars. He went above and beyond to make sure it didnt just pass the safety, but made sure everything was perfect. Glad I found this place.Thanks again!

Kamel was very helpful, absolutely no pressure and a lot of honesty (which is rare in a used dealership).It's a very small family owned lot, but very much worth your time. The car that caught our eye and was for $500 less than one we had already put a deposit on else where. Then we ventured out from London to Hamilton to check out this car at Rim Ram auto sales before we closed the deal. Turns out this car was 1 year newer, higher trim level. 50,000 less km. And to boot no pressure sales hospitable and accommodating. Very happy about their customer service. Never met a car dealer quite as nice as Kamel. Thanks again my wife is pleased as punch.

RIM RAM IS A FLIM FLAMBought a car from them in February, now its mid May and the car has total engine failure. When I called about the problem they said they would make it right and put me in touch with another mechanic who was supposed to fix the problem. That mechanic proceeds to quote me prices on engine replacement, after comparing quotes surprise surprise his quotes are 25% higher. So not only do they rip you off with the car they try to rip you off again when they offer a solution. Find a reputable dealer, you'll pay more but your peace of mind will be included in the purchase price.It's your choice where you spend your money but if you do decide to visit Rim Ram be sure to bring a flashlight.....this place is shady!

An absolute scam with fake safeties. Bought a car and paid $600 for a safety from their mechanic who didn’t do anything to the car. Latter had to bring it into my own mechanic who said it should never have passed safety because of $1500 worth of repairs needed to the vehicle.

The suv was priced way to high for the work that needs to be done to make roadworthy. Did not want to pay his price on safetying the suv. He changed ownership and put it as unfit. So I can not get it plated and drive with a temporary sticker. Has to be towed to get safety done. Bad place stay away. You will just get screwed

3 months review.Bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra touring GL from Kamel, super nice guy! Very clean car, and I haven't had any issues with it. 2 of 4 brake lines started leaking within the first month and Kamel took care of everything for me, all I had to do was drive the car to the shop and I picked it up the next day and the car has just been driving like a dream!I would recommend checking this dealership out, great deals, super nice, friendly and honest people.I am very happy with my purchase, and was treated well throughout the whole experience.Straight up great used car dealership!

THUMBS UP I had a great experience with Rim Ram purchased a White Nissan Sentra great friendly service, professional, gave the time to explain any questions I had staff assisted promptly. Faat friendly service test driven vehicle of choice. Also slot of variety of vehicles to choose from in various reasonable price to fit any budget . Three check Mark's....check, check, check :) I will for sure to come back I would recommend Rim Ram they care for there costumers they go that extra step for costumers.also have two lots as one is bigger to hold cars!!!:):)RIM RAM THANK YOU

Never judge a book by its cover is true for Rim Ram Autos Sales. His lot was smaller than your average used car dealers but Adam was amazing with assisting with any questions I had. He went above and beyond any sales rep I have ever dealt with regarding helping me chose the right options financially, as well as he was informative with other information needed. Be patient with Adam he runs this place himself running all errands and doing what he can to make sure the sale of the vehicle goes perfect!! I strongly recommend stopping by his lot if you are browsing the market because he may have what you need on or off that lot plus he is a real HONEST sales person (which is hard to find these days!) Thank you Adam for being a great honest and knowledgeable salesman I will be back when I need an upgrade :)A.
