101 Mobility of York

I am very happy with the service I received from Eldon at 101 Mobility-York. From inquiry to install, the process was fast and thorough. I would definately refer him to others and wpuld absoloutely use him again! Very happy.

The Handicare FreecurveStairlift which we had installed is easy to use and works quite smoothly and is aesthetically pleasing in one's home. It is quite streamlined and not loud and well built. 101Mobility's team and service provided were excellent, thorough and professional. They came in initially and presented a thorough run-down of the product and various options available and recommended only those well-suited for our home and needs -they paid attention to what we outlined as our needs and wants" and proceeded to recommend the best suited product. Prior to delivery and installation they stayed in constant communication as to the production of the production and were prompt in answering any additional or follow up questions we had. Eldon went above and beyond to make sure my father got exactly the lift chair he needed and he loaned us one while we waited for the new chair. Can't say enough about how fantastic it was to work with Eldon. Very highly recommend!

Spoke to Eldon for the first time as I was looking For a bath chair for my mom. He was very very helpful and provided all the details I needed and even more. He personality is great and he have the best customer skills , wish everyone could be like him. He even offered to deliver the item to my parents apartment and even fitted it before leaving to making it was the right one for her. Eldon is fantastic... very knowledgeable, very helpful and no high-pressure sales. He's genuinely there to help, which is rare in this retail environment.This 101Mobility is not the closest one to me, but in the future I'll travel a bit further to deal with Eldon.

Was offered a used ramp at a reduced price as new one wasexpensive for the use we would get out of it. Very helpful.
