Sandman Hotel Victoria

Always an exemplary stay largely thanks to the outstanding staff. They work their magic to fulfill all of our requests especially Louise. Can't recommend Sandman Victoria highly enough. Rooms are nice size, nicely appointed, quiet and comfortable. Elevators require a room key to access the floors which is awesome and secured. Plus points: Complimentary snacks in the morning since restaurant is down due to renovation.

Everything is good and staff are truly incredible here! They do everything they can to help make your stay great! A special thank you to Louise ,your kindness really made my day on my most recent trip! You were also the person who checked me in the first time I stayed and were amazing then as well!The location is great, close to downtown Victoria. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are nice and very clean.

I really like this hotel. Rooms are clean, the staff are friendly especially Louise. and it's in a great location. My only issue is it's loud in the morning from constructions. Walls are paper thin. If you're a deep sleeper or wear ear plugs you'll be ok. I'm sure it's not always like that. Other than that I've enjoyed my stay both times.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms for a 3 star hotel would give it a high 3 stars. Prices are good rooms are very clean. Free Coffee or Tea and snacks in the morning. Louise was fabulous great sense of humour I loved her when I made the reservation but even more when we checked in she made everything perfect. Good facilities easy walking distance to almost everywhere would stay again no problem.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious. Staff was excellent and made our stay great, Louise was so helpful when we forgot something in the room after checking out. They came with snacks in the morning and free parking. I'm so glad we chose to stay here! We'll definitely be back.

Awesome stay! We knew the hotel was undergoing renovations but it is in such a fabulous location we went for it anyways. This hotel did not disappoint! But first the less attractive things about the hotel: parking is tricky but we did not have a lot of ins and outs so it was workable; and there was very loud construction work for about 5-10 minutes when we first checked in but didn't really hear much after that. Now the awesome things about this hotel! Our room was new and beautiful with a lot of space. The part that our family loved the best was the hot tub and pool. There are so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plan ahead though as many restaurants have limited hours due to staff shortages. We had a bit of a hard time finding take out food one night so plan ahead. Staff are amazing, Louise upgraded our room and gave us welcome basket.

Excellent experience! I want to highlight the excellent service I received during my stay, especially thanks to the friendly assistance of Carla. Her professionalism and personalized attention made us feel at home from the very beginning. Moreover, the room we were provided with was impeccably clean and comfortable, creating a perfect environment to rest and unwind. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family visiting Victoria. Thank you, Carla, for making our stay an unforgettable experience!

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Louise at the front desk was very pleasant and we were able to check-in at 11am. When we arrived to our floor, housekeeping was there to greet. Our room was clean and spacious. There is a free snacks in the lobby in the morning. We will definitely come back and stay there again!

I've stayed here for work several times now and it's lovely every time. It's quiet, clean, cozy and the beds are very comfortable. Snacks in the morning are also a very nice bonus! Location is also great as it's close to lots of local coffee shops, restaurants, shops and scenic walking. Kudos to Louise -front office team and housekeeping team

Had a great stay! Only blip was the pull out bed, it was pretty uncomfortable but that was fine too. Louise at the front desk was amazing help. She helped my grandma and I with all our questions and concerns, going as far as to look at our flights and make sure our checkout the following morning was as smooth as possible. She was fantastic. Wonderful service would absolutely stay here again. (Cleaning ladies on the third floor we’re lovely as well, helped get us some extra towel and more!)
