They will flat out lie to you about your phone being locked even if you show them it fully unlocked and functioning with any SIM card. Claims they do lucky mobile activation but will pick and choose customers to actually do it for. Bad service here would not recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Anshi Shah who assisted me in choosing and purchasing a new phone. He went over and beyond his call of duty for me. He was very patient and took the time needed to ensure I was comfortable with my new phone. Excellent customer service!

Received a call to come pick up our new phones. Went in to the store on Bank St and the only person working then spent the next 45 minutes trying to open the safe where the phones were secured - to no success. I had to come back the following day when another employee was working who could actually get it open.

This location blew my mind in terms of knowledge and service. Cody spent almost two hours with me going through phone and plan options to get me the best one and exactly what I wanted and needed. He went above and beyond and is the most knowledgeable Bell employee I have ever dealt with in 10+ years of being a customer. I cannot recommend him enough!

I must say...I came in looking for a new phone Matthew greeted me with wonderful smile,very helpful and friendly answered all my questions for picking out the right phone that suited for me.I ended getting a plan best for meand Matthew and Esh gave me a fabulous deal!!!

It was overall a great experience. Cody was very helpful, super pleasant and knowledgeable. You could not expect to get a better service & honest advice. I upgraded to a new phone/contract and of course with me being a picky customer and wanting a phone that is discontinued (iPhone 7 32GB in Jet Black), Cody was able to source the phone from another town in province. I would highly recommend this Bell store. Kudos to Cody.

The service at the store is unparalleled. Just absolutely amazing. They are very polite, knowledgeable, patient when you have a more complicated problem, and (if you want), even call you when there are promotions relevant to your account to reduce your bill.I can’t say enough about this store.Shop here, you won’t regret it!!

NOT a fake review, this is the real deal. A Bell store with impeccable customer service on Bank. Get in there, ask for Cody, you will not be steered wrong. I needed a new phone after losing mine and Cody asked all the right questions to get me EXACTLY the phone I needed. I had been to a couple of different Bell stores before that and no one was doing the work like Cody did. I ended up with exactly what I wanted & needed and totally didn't feel like I was being sold" on anything. Trust this guy."
