I had locked myself out of my car for the first time ever. I called the company, asking if they had anyone that could help me unlock my car.The gentleman who answered, came right away and got me back into my vehicle.The cost was completely reasonable considering the quick and professional service. I'd use them for sure if needed.

I needed a car towed to a repair shop. Dispatch agreed to a time, but it was almost 3 hours late. Claimed 401 accidents and a car in the ditch.The driver was very good. He was courteous, professional, and careful.

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY! These foreigners are denying and damages to my vehicle. Won't provide and insurance. When asked if they had insurance, I was hung up on.

Academy is now 100% my go-to next time I lock my keys in my vehicle or need a tow. The driver showed up maybe 20 minutes after I called, he got into my truck swiftly and the price was quite reasonable. 10/10 would recommend.
