The best, better than going to best buy (which has access to all the cellular providers) I was having problems with my phone and they were able to tell me what the problem was but best buy didn't thoroughly check the problem. Also very generous and transparent with telling you about the current sales and best value. Don't waste time going to best buy come straight here to this chatr kiosk they will treat you like valued customer. Thanks!

The gentleman who was standing there was clueless, impatient and with the intense smell of sweat! I am sorry for being that direct but the smell was unbearable from even 1 meter away!

I changed my review to 1 star. It used to be 5 stars because of a clerk named Ben. The clerk today had an angry demeanor. He's been working there for 6 months. I asked him to repeat something. He said that I need to listen and understand. He also said that to a client before me. I told him that his behavior is unprofessional. I said that I never had been treated that way in that store. I told him I've been there several times. He called me a liar. I just told him I'm taking my money elsewhere. The manager needs to retrain this guy.
