I would not recommend this company! I got a couple windows installed a year or so ago. No complaints on the work but one of the men installing the windows was very rude and aggressive when asked a question about the trim of the windows. So at that point I did not feel comfortable with those men in my house. Then later when the 3 month no payments was over, I did not receive any bill or which financial company or the interest rate, nothing! They just started taking payments out of my account. Later to find out the interest was pretty much more then what they where taking every month making it like 20 years until the windows would be paid off at that rate! So decided to just decided to pay them off completely. Now just moved into a new house and wanting to replace the windows in this house we figure we would get a quote for just the windows with no install and would pay off the windows before the 3 months was over to avoid the ridiculous interest. So I made an appointment, the guy shows up 2 hours late. He was very nice at first until my husband told him he wanted to think about the price over night because we were not planning to have them install them in the first place. The sales guy became very pushing saying he needed an answer that moment and kept pushing and pushing. Finally my husband told him to leave realizing after with the price he gave us per window after doing the calculations was outrageous I assume this is why they try to avoid the break down of the quote they give. I will never use this company again and never will I have that man or that company in my home ever again!

Alex the regional manager was professional . The Installation was Quick & Professional . The Installers Cleaned up carefully. The price was extremely good. And we noticed that the floors in the house immediately appeared warmer. We are very pleased with both the External and Internal appearance of the Windows. We had 7 windows installed of which one was a Bay. QUICK & PROFESSIONAL

I love my new windows!The new windows are awesome! I had all the windows (7) changed on the main floor of the house. Alex was extremely patient and helpful while I was trying to figure out what I wanted to change and the kind of windows that are available (3+ hours). He showed me the different options and sizes, measured everything and was able to provide the quote in a one sitting.I requested the windows be replaced in June 2018, they were right on the mark! Replacing the windows is something we have wanted to do for the last 8 years. 2018 seemed like a good year to do it in. It was to be a surprise for father's day. I was a tad bit apprehensive... he loves them as well (Thank goodness!).They were able to build a bay window to match the configuration of the previous window. I also requested that the two other windows in the front of the house be built out into mini bay windows to match the living room one. These had to be custom built on-site. The windows turned out fabulous!These guys are amazing! 3 days and they had all the windows removed and replaced, including custom building the bay windows. You can definitely tell they have been working together as a team for awhile. I just stepped back and tried my best to stay out of their way.Before they were replaced, the windows had a dark brown frame, which made our home look like it was a mint ice-cream chocolate chip house. We finally got rid of the chocolate chip windows. It was a fantastic day!I have included before and after photos of the outside of the house, and one of the bedrooms.Next on the list, to get rid of the mint ice-cream siding. Lethbridge AB

Very disappointed in the level of service. We agreed to have all the windows in our house replaced through Canadian Choice in March. After signing up, we waited a month for the installers to come take measurements. When we called to find out why they hadn’t come, we were told our order was never submitted by the sales rep, Alex. We were then told our order would be rushed, but installation was still later than we were told it would be.After windows were installed we noticed a screen missing. Installers told us it had been damaged and that we would have a new screen in a few days. Called in after a week and was assured everything was being taken care of. A few days later, the damaged screen was left on our step. After a few more phone calls and a few more weeks, we received the proper screen.Waited two and a half months for the rebate cheque. When we hadn’t heard anything, we called Alberta Efficiency. They told us that rebates should arrive within 6 weeks or so of installation. They looked into our file and found a partial application with only 1 window listed as being replaced. Contacted Canadian Choice again and was told they are just so busy they hadn’t found time to submit our application.Overall, we like the windows, but would not recommend the company based on the repeated poor service.

My wife and I really love the new windows. The installation only took about 2 1/2 hrs. and the installers were very efficient and cleaned up when they were done. Alex was very informative and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely refer Canadian Choice Windows to anyone.

I have spent a month trying to get this company to provide the receipt I need for my greener home evaluation grant to be paid. I’ve called and spoken to people, and emailed, countless times and still nothing! If they don’t provide it I will lose out on thousands of dollars in grant money that I had budgeted into buying windows.

The guys were clean, quick and professional in the installation. I highly recommend. And Alex, our project manager with CC Windows, was very accommodating in helping us to pick, set up installation dates, and wrapping it up. He even stopped by after to make sure we were happy with the windows!

Am very pleased with my new windows. I enjoyed working with Alex for sales and service. Windows were installed within time frame agreed upon and the installers were very professional and tidy. Moderately priced, very professional company to work with.

Every person we had to deal with was very friendly and very easy to deal with. The windows are a great transformation, the triple pane windows are quiet and the trim is very classy. Alex was our first contact, and helped us with the provincial rebate. He was a huge help with planning everything.

Canadian Choice Windows replaced 3 windows on the west side of my house last year. We were very pleased with them. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. This year we decided to replace 4 windows on the east side of the house and we called Canadian Choice again and Alex came and gave an excellent and knowledgeable presentation of the windows with a great price for being a repeat customer. The payment plan was very convenient. We are very happy once again with their work and with the windows. The installers are very friendly and professional. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Canadian Choice Windows.
