After telling Tom Williams we would like to see a property he had for sale and putting in a offer. He stone walled us because he wasn't going to make full Commission on the property as we put in our offer with a different realtor. We didn't want conflict of interest with him working with buy and seller...Not in the best interest of the seller only himself. He also wouldn't communicate with out forcing his hand. Tom is the kind of guy that gives realtors a bad name. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!
