‼️the hotel is disappointing! I'll start from the beginning. The condition of the hotel is disgusting. Dirty, terrible stench every day in the corridors and in the rooms. the rooms are cleaned by cleaners, but it's hard to call cleaning! the room looks clean, but if you look closely, horror!!! The curtains are dirty, the kitchen is dirty, the induction hob hardly works, the extractor fan in the bathroom makes terrible noises, cold air blows from the windows. leaky windows!one lamp works. in one room there are 5 pans for the kitchen and in the other room zero! Do not deliver room accessories-save apparently! if you stay in the hotel for a long time, they don’t even provide cleaning services for payment! on the day of departure, I forgot the meat in the freezer, on the same day I returned for it, and it was stolen a few hours later. In a word, quiet horror! I have never seen such horror! I paid money for this horror and regretted it 100 times!‼️‼️отель разочаровал!начну с начала.состояние отеля-отвратительное. Грязный, вонь страшная каждый день в коридорах и в комнатах. комнаты убирают уборщицы, но назвать уборкой это сложно! комната с виду чистая, а если присмотреться -ужас!!! Шторы грязные, кухня грязная, индукционная плита почти что не работает, вытяжка в ванной издаёт ужасные звуки, из окон дует холодный воздух. негерметичные окна! лампы через одну работают. в одной комнате 5 кастрюль для кухни, а в другой комнате ноль! Недоставляют комнатные пренадлежности-экономят видимо! если долго находишься в отеле-даже не предоставляют услуги уборки за оплату! в день выезда я забыла мясо в морозильной камере, в этот же день вернулась за ним, а его украли спустя несколько часов. Одним словом тихий ужас! я такого ужаса ещё не видела! я заплатила за этот ужас деньги и пожалела 100 раз!

In my life i stayed at about 50+ different hotels and this one was by far the absolute worst. Room was not cleaned properly. Found a used condom in the room, mattress had a dip in the middle. Too much noice in the hotel and the hallways and staircases have not been cleaned either. Safe to say I will never return to this hotel again and will not recommend this to anyone

Very bad experience.Lifts not working & to add to it we were given a room on the 3rd floor. Without any help wih our luggage horrible experience to carry suitcases to the 3rd floor.Without any information maintenance work was done in our room in our absence. When we returned to our room found nails on the floor & cement residue. Did not even have the courtesy to clean the floor after the work.Telephone in the room not working so if you need anything wall down 3 floors to the reception & climb 3 floors back.Overall the most pathetic service.

Came here for a few nights before my flight. The elevator wasn't working which is inconvenient as I had a few heavy pieces of luggage I had to take the stairs to the third floor. That wasn't a good impression. The stairway on the first floor smelled like weed and cigarettes. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the price. There's a Holiday Inn and Quality Inn next to it, I would've stayed there if I had known their elevator wasn't working. Please do better for your guests, you have competition around you.

Hotel requieres more maintenance than what is made. Common areas also require more cleaning. Employees are very helpful, location is good, close to 401, supermarkets, restaurants. Pets are allowed. Be aware than a $100 safety deposit is taken until you leave the hotel. Overall is a good place to stay with family and pets. Location is convenient and employees are always willing to help.

Experience was overall horrible I don’t normally write reviews but with this service I had to. Elevator were not working and was given 3rd floor with luggage, once in the room the smell is horrible smoking was done, A big stain on the middle of the bed, The middle of the bed is so soft that my head and legs are up in the air. Just sitting on the bed shakes a lot was scared thy in the night it may got broken so I had to leave

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel and it was an absolute disaster. The hotel itself reeks of cigarettes, elevator is broken, and the first room that I was given was extremely messy and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The worst part was the GERMAN COCKROACHES crawling around everywhere (Floors, Walls, and Countertop) which is a clear sign of the lack of maintenance and hygiene.As if that wasn't bad enough, the coffee maker in the room was filthy with coffee grounds still in it from the previous guest. Pest repellent devices were plugged into every single outlet in the hallway, It was clear to me that the management knows that there is a cockroach problem, but tried to mask the real problem instead of fixing it.When I complained to the front desk about my unpleasant experience, they chose to play ignorant, and told me they would hire an exterminator for my room (It’s clearly a known problem if they have pest repellent devices everywhere). I think it was absolutely disgusting and it was the WORST hotel stay I’ve ever had. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me.Again, It's concerning that pest repellent devices are in every outlet in the hallways outside of the rooms. That clearly indicates that the hotel management is aware of the issue, yet they haven't taken adequate measures to address it effectively. It's unacceptable that they didn't offer a refund even after the poor conditions I experienced and explained.Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Often times people only make reviews when they want to vent their frustration, but people should also take the time to give praise when it is deserved. The concept of this hotel is very good, with a little kitchen in the rooms, with fridge and microwave and stove is perfect for longer stays. Pricing is very reasonable, with longer stay discounts. The staff is extremely friendly, including the front desk staff, the maintenance and cleaning staff, and the managers. The hotel even has laundry facilities, also very convenient for longer stays.The location is perfect to move throughout Mississauga, or even in getting to Toronto.I hope the hotel owners eventually begin to market the hotel towards longer term business travel, as I believe this is a great alternative to much higher costing hotels traditionally marketed as business class locations.Thumbs up to the Studio 6 Group, and I very much recommend the Mississauga location for longer term stays, they are very professional, and make business travel very accessible and a good place to relax after work.

Dirty room when we checked in, and no cleaning during stay so I had to ask for a mop to clean the room’s floor. They didn’t have a vacuum to share so I can vacuum the hair and dust under the beds. There is a laundry room but no machine to give you change and no change at reception so had to drive to Petro Canada past midnight to get change.Cleanliness: 0/5Service: 0/5Location: 2/5

This is not our first time here but I have to admit, things look a lot different. I usually stay because they are the cheapest around. Its not dingy anymore, staff is more helpful and the amenities are better. They are also doing a bunch of upgrades to the building and the rooms from what I could tell. Front desk told me that new management is doing alot to fix the issues this place had. It was good to hear and see for myself. I wont say the place is there yet but its definitely close. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
