Absolutely fantastic. Customer service was always on-point and able to help me out whenever I needed with very little wait. Service was great, price was better, and I was thouroughly happy with my service. Though I've now moved on (due to T-Mobile signal issues, not due to Teltik) I'll definitely come back if things change! Keep up the great work!

Been with TelTik (and the now discontinued Harbor Mobile) since they first started offering plans, it has been about a full decade since I first signed up for service. TelTik (and Harbor Mobile) had an excellent place in the space as a re-seller of T-Mobile postpaid business lines, offering competitive rates without the need for family/group plans. Nowadays, TelTik has shifted their model to offering standard T-Mobile service effectively as an MVNO. While that has taken much away from their differentiation, one thing that I've been happy to have as a constant in all my years of service is the excellent customer support. Especially Loren (and others including Tracy) who has been with the company from the very beginning and made it a pleasant and smooth experience over the years. I'm (begrudingly) switching away from TelTik to Google Fi as the latter offers the same network priority as T-Mobile postpaid lines along with unlimited data service. But I wish TelTik the best of luck, and am glad to see the core customer service experience has remained intact for an entire decade despite the hiccups and transitions. I'll honestly miss this company, but it's time to go. Hope to return one day to the TelTik family!

During the process of setting up new service and dealing with the struggles of leaving another service the customer support team at Teltik was absolutely AMAZING!! I dealt mostly with 1 person in and out of chat throughout the night and then a couple others when her shift was done and all of them were great. I am getting my sim today and hope to have everything up and running this afternoon. But if my initial experience continues this service can't be beat!!

Had them for 4 years, then within these past 6 months nothing but problems. Everybody's service was interrupted and every single Teltik customer went without service for 72 HOURS. The Teltik representatives did not even answer their phones or customer service chat. The lines were restored, then we were sent sim cards from Ultra mobile (So they switched from direct T mobile lines to a 3rd party wholesaler of T mobile, which is pretty ghetto) After the sim switch, the data plans changed without warning. If you use more than a certain amount of data, you're cut down to 2g internet for the remaining of the cycle - and yes, even on UNLIMITED PLANS. I switched back to T mobile once I discovered this, as T mobile only slows speeds during busy times after 50 gigabytes of use. Last but not least, I paid for a whole month with Teltik & wanted to have the 2nd line remain open. They told me that a new number can't be assigned to the account (which is a lie) and that I forfeited the remaining days I PAID for, and they do NOT give refunds. The place is an absolute mess. The customer service is a disservice. Buy through Ultra mobile directly, or find another 3rd party seller for cheap. Teltik was last good in 2017.

I spent over a year with Teltik for my families and business phone lines. Porting in from Sprint was a breeze. Managing my account was easily one of the simplest and easy to navigate interfaces I have ever used from a cellular provider. Customer service has been excellent. Any question I have had has been answered within 5 minutes in a friendly and professional manner. Raven and Hazel are the two I have dealt with the most and both have done a stellar job helping me out every time I’ve needed their assistance. Most customer service reps elsewhere stick to a script, jerk you around or aren’t qualified enough to take care of your needs. Teltik’s has been top notch. In an industry where most business account resellers are sketchy, I’ve found Teltik to be the most professional and very straight forward. I will be doing business with them again in the future.

We have been a Taltec customers for years. As a business line advertised with unlimited data it is a lie. I know there are limits you reach and they throttle your speeds. But with this cell phone company they cut your data off completely. Leaving us locked out of our key opening tools in the field. Won’t be recommending anymore.

I have tried a few prepaid services, and this one is by far the best to date. It has the cost advantages of prepaid plans, and the service benefits of post-paid. Its been three months since I signed up, and the service is excellent. This is a perfect service for those of us who own our phones outright, and don't need to pay the high premium of buying a retail priced plan directly from a major carrier.

Superb experience and great people. My initial questions about the service were answered promptly and effectively. When I activated service, they gracefully handled problems created for me by the T-Mobile store and got me onboard with a minimum of fuss. If I could give Teltik an award, I would - this is how a company should treat its customers.

Love their customer service. Love the service they offer and personally I like not dealing with overseas call centers. I'm a big fan of getting to the point and their customer service(Misty) did that for me and resolved my issue before I ended the chat. Their service has a very in-house" feel to it that you really don't get anywhere else. They're not trying to get you to sign a new purchase agreement on a phone and they're not trying to upsell you to get the greatest profits. On the contrary they offer pure data only if that's what you want. I liked them so much I took out a second line. Thanks Teltik!"
