PEACEFUL HEALING

This was my first time having a Past Life Regression virtually and was a little worried about how it worked. But it was so comfortable being in my own home and seeing and speaking to Karen on my laptop. Karen is very experienced, well trained and such a kind, patient and caring person. I was guided to Karen beginning of 2021. I was in the middle of my first maternity leave when my soul began to wake up, remembering who I truly was. I was also going through the first of many dark nights (weeks) of the soul, and I unconsciously sought out answers to why my life was the way it was. I was drawn to Karen’s offering regarding past lives, as I knew I needed to delve into the past in order to truly see what was going on in the present. Karen facilitated an online Past Life Regression Session in April 2021; it was a truly impactful experience that has brought much healing in regards to the relationships I have (had) with myself and others and the energetic patterns and beliefs I held at the time. Integration is key following a PLR session, as it could take many months before the information received during the session to make sense and the pieces of the puzzle start to come together. Both sessions were educational like, and provided the space to reflect and connect with myself and spiritual team. My last and most recent session with Karen was when I was pregnant with my second child in May 2022. I was in the last week of pregnancy and couldn’t figure out why babe wasn’t arriving yet, even though I was experiencing pre-labor for weeks. It wasn’t until Karen asked if I had taken the time to connect with babe’s spirit and asked what she needed to come into this world. When I realized I didn’t, Karen facilitated opening up the channels to connect with my little one while continuing to perform the bars. After the session was completed, I stood up and no more than two minutes passed before my water broke! She truly was able to create a magical safe space for myself and my little earthside soul. Being in her presence and experiencing her sacred connection the spirit is an honor.

Karen is one of those people who immediately makes you feel at ease because she's so calm and down to earth. This was important to me in order to trust her to hypnotize me. I had a past life regression with Karen. Karen's voice and style is very calming and hypnotic. After the PLR, for weeks after, I had this feeling of calmness and serenity.
