Jolene did a standard deep clean on our apartment while we were away in Mexico. I was dealing with Cancer surgery and follow-up treatments for over 6 months and though my wonderful husband did his best to keep things up, there was a buildup of grime. Jolene did an amazing job and we were thrilled to come home to a sparkling clean place. We have signed up for the monthly cleaning and hope to eventually do bi-weekly!

This was the first time we had Prestige Cleaning clean our home. Erica was our cleaner and she was SO amazing. We have a brand new baby and she was so understanding of the chaos our home was haha. Her cleaning quality was amazing, and she didn't miss a thing - very detailed. We will continue to use Prestige, and request Erica to be our cleaner for sure!

I've been using Prestige for a few months now, and this week's clean was by far the most impactful.Our house is always pretty cluttered (between kids who don't know how to pick-up after themselves and two parents who don't throw a lot away) but we've been under water for a few weeks, just trying to get back to a manageable state. Erika came in and helped to overhaul our disaster. She didn't bat an eye when we walked in and after she left, it felt like a different home. Our house has been actually clean for 4 days now which is a post clean record for us, and we couldn't have done it without Prestige. Thanks so much <3

I hired this company for a move in clean last month. They were able to accommodate me on short notice which was great however I was really disappointed with the clean I received - cleaning was inconsistent room to room and many things were missed. I reached out to the company and they offered to send someone back the next day however this didn’t work for me as I only had a short time frame to move my things in. I tried to discuss my experience with the owner who was difficult to get a hold of - we scheduled a time to talk and I would just not hear from her. When I did finally get in touch with her she told me she had actually not looked into my complaints herself even though it had been over a week at this point and our phone call was planned. I received a lot of excuses and contradicting information and did not feel that she cared much about my concerns. Overall I felt that I was completely overcharged for the clean I received and would caution others against booking this company for a move in clean. If you complain you’ll be accused of “wanting a discount” when in reality you are only holding them accountable for not delivering on what they promised.Edit in response to the owner - I did call and ask to reschedule to the next day when I found out my new home was infested with ants (upon possession) and was told I would still be charged 50%. Instead of doing that I expedited a pest company to deal with the ants so the clean could proceed - not sure what context this adds as I had resolved this issue.To be factual - none of the closets were opened when they vacuumed, the shower drain was not cleaned, baseboards were missed and this was actually on the checklist the company sent me. Empty drawers were not wiped down but I was told this particular item was not included in a “top to bottom” clean.Finally in response to what I was offered. I spent 24 hours cleaning after my “clean” so that I could move my things in before I returned to work. I was offered a free clean within 1 week which I would have had to take off a day of work for.. not sure how this would be desirable as I had already cleaned the problem areas and missing a day of work would put me out more money. Eventually after a challenging conversation I was then offered a credit towards another clean which I did decline as I had no interest in further supporting this owner and business after being accused continuously of discount seeking and being told false and contradictory information.

This company cleaned our house so nicely it was such an amazing feeling to come home to such a clean house huge thing taken off our shoulders. My little one has been in and out of hospital with testings the past few months and this company did such an amazing job. Our cleaner was Sara and she did a fantastic job. I would 100 percent recommend this company to all my friends and family and use them again in the future . The owner of the company shayla is such an amazing human ❤️.

This was the first time I used a cleaning service and I thought I would treat myself for my birthday! Let me tell you they did not disappoint! I usually don’t find the time to do a deep clean as often as I want between full time work, kids, dog and life. Erica came in and handled everything with grace and efficiency! Everything was great! The place was spotless and she even got in places that we didn’t even talk about as it totally slips my mind. [or my energy is gone by the time I realize I missed things] I would totally do this on the regular! Absolutely wonderful!

Katinka at Prestige Cleaning Services has been absolutely amazing. She is lovely, professional, thorough and makes my home look stunning. The feeling of walking into my place after work and seeing it sparkle is pure joy. As a single mom with a very busy work and child activity schedule, just knowing that I don’t have to worry about deep cleaning my place takes so much stress and anxiety off my plate and opens up time to be spent with my family. I've known Shayla (owned) for 15+ years personally. She's a great person, full of life and energy, and always trying to be her best self. She does the same in her business. Always trying to do the best she can for her clients but also make sure all her staff are taken care of and happy too.I've used her services as well. Top quality clean. We moved and she did a full everything clean top to bottom in a very timely manner. She was busy at the time but managed to fit me in (worked extra long days) as I had a time sensitive cleaning window (due to move in move out times)Highly recommend

Prestige is a wonderful company run by an amazing person who truly cares for her staff and customers and you can tell by the quality of the work and care that they provide.Erika is a great worker, she is diligent and thorough and a genuine pleasure to be around.As a disabled single mom I often fall behind on housekeeping chores, but it was like a breath of fresh air having my home cleaned so thoroughly and without heavy chemicals or intense scents.Overall it was great experience and I look forward to continuing my services with Prestige
