My plants arrived in excellent condition. No pests, healthy, new foliage growing out, and planted in proper soil. Each plant arrived with full leaves, and in better shape than I could find at the nurseries. The delivery service was great too. Definitely recommend Frondly.

I shopped around locally in Vancouver area and couldn't find the size (or quality) of plant we needed. A google search led me to Frondly which offered a great range of plants in larger sizes. It was close to closing time for their store location so I placed an order online without seeing the plant in person.I was skeptical of ordering a plant online but I'm glad I did. The plant arrived within 2 days and it's absolutely perfect - not a single blemished leaf. Delivery was super smooth - they send you a link to track the truck so you know exactly when to expect delivery. Would definitely buy from Frondly again.

I’m very pleased with my first order from Frondly, which was this XL Monstera deliciosa. Delivery went smoothly and was free since it was >$50. And the plant arrived sparkling clean & seemingly pest-free and was accurate to the product photos—being a “full” plant with quite a few stems and a good balance of fenestrated to unfenestrated leaves for the size.I’ve now had the plant for just over a month, and it’s been doing well in my bright, but low-humidity, apartment: healthy, still pest-free (fingers crossed), and currently putting out a new, nicely fenestrated leaf front & centre. Also, I’ve been impressed by how well-draining the substrate it’s in is, and I think the plant is well sized to its nursery pot; it won’t need a repot for a while. (FYI, the basket in my pic is actually a few inches larger than the nursery pot inside.)So I’ll definitely be shopping from Frondly again in the future—especially for larger plants. Love being able to shop local without having to drag plants home on the bus!

Amazing! I was sceptical about buying a plant online without checking it in person, but it turned out perfect with Frondly. They delivered quickly (2 days) and with a lot of care a beautiful XL monstera, just like the ones in the site photos. Totally recommend.

Was looking for office desk plants for our sustainability green project and came across their website! Chad the owner offered a fast and friendly service! We got the plants in the same week! The plants looked great with the lovely recycled pots! The pots are made from post-consumer recycled plastic making use of materials otherwise be destined the landfilled. On top of that, for every plant bought, Frondly is planting trees in BC to help with the restoration efforts of the office fires! Such a great concept all around. Highly recommend!

I came across their online shop on google while looking for plants that are safe for pets. Online mall is easy to browse and make a payment. I just ordered two plants for pickup. Next day the owner emailed me to let me know one of items I bought are sold out and he kindly suggested alternatives and offered it at the same priceTheir physical store was not easy to find since they don't have a sign on the outside but I can guess where the store is since I can see a lot of plant variety through window. The staffs are friendly and informative, two plants I bought are fresh and cute. highly recommend buying plants from here

Great place for great house plants. You can tell they are passionate about plants. And the service is amazing. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and helpful during the selection and buying process, but when we had questions afterward, the post-sales help was also amazing. Chad's responses were quick and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend shopping here for your house plants.

I am so impressed with the service and friendliness of Chad at Fondly. The 5 foot palm I purchased is more than I had hoped for and looks spectacular in my living room. It is healthy and lush and I'm certain if I need a plant doctor I can call on Frondly for advice. The delivery was seamless and friendly. Great!
