We listed our house with Salman Khan back in August and he was able to sell it within a month even in a slow summer market. He planned a very strategic sale and guided us in staging and making the house look presentable to the probable buyers. Since we are out of towners, Mr Khan arranged all the showings (about 90 of them) by himself and made them go very smoothly & on top of it, during the showing period, he helped us with the regular maintenance of the interior and exterior of the house as well as with the lawn.
