I was very pleased with the re-shingling of my roof. Workers arrived on time and did a thorough clean-up before they left.

Very quick and easy to arrange a time to come and see the roof, but had to chase them down a bit to get a quote, which was a bit frustrating. I will update this if/when we use AM roofing for the job.

AM Group came highly recommended to me by a contractor friend of mine and I had heard other great reviews of their work as well.The first impressions of the company were great. Patrick (sales from Collingwood) was professional, communicative and really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the job. Unfortunately, after the job started, the service took a substantial decline.Our roof project was delayed by almost 2 weeks because the crew assigned to us never showed up and the project manager had no idea where his guys were. After the crew was replaced, it took nearly 2.5 months to install a steel roof (which was about 80k) and during that time, the crew on-site were dirty, rude, unprofessional and dangerous (one fell off the roof and was injured badly). The project manager was seldom on site and was incredibly hard to get a hold of. When we did get a hold of him, it was excuses after excuses. This project finally wrapped up in late July (it started at the end of May) and I am still fighting with this company to come up and correct some deficiencies.It is clear in my dealings with them that the customer comes last and their management does not care at all about the service they offer to their clients. Proof of this was when Jimmie, the regional manager spoke to me about my concerns and promised to do a site visit and speak to the crew to get this on track. That never happened.Do yourself a favour and find someone else to install your roof, unless of course you don't mind dealing with everything I have had to endure.

Other than a delay of 3+ months from contract to installation it was great.. The eavestrough looks good and is functioning very well

Excellent company to do business with. Very impressed with the gentlemen who installed as well. Would certainly do repeat business with them.
