I have tried pizza at so many cities & small towns in Ontario, my father had a pizza restaurant at one time. By far, this has been the worst. $40.00 +$10.00 tip for only a medium, I paid for extra toppings (don't know where they were?) Barely any cheese (also paid for double) & the cardboard box probably had more flavour than the crust. The only thing I will say was that the pizza sauce was good.

Is the Lightlife Plant-based Spicy Chick'n Burger photogenic? Not in the traditional sense, but anyone who knows anything about food knows that a truly delicious burger is on the sloppy side.It's crispy, juicy, spicy, and deeply flavourful! If I didn't know better, I'd swear it was the Spicy Chicken Burger from Wendy's.***The only complaint I have is that the any deep-fried item from the Bancoft location has an off taste, like the oil is old or dirty. It's bitter and burnt.***

Stafff is very hospitable….ambient environment and good service offered……and very neat and clean tables as you can see in photos……….Met with employee Shashank he was very good …..so must visit

They have amazing poutine and serve beer as well. A nice place to sit and shashank is an amazing person on the other side of the counter.

Not at all happy with Pizza Pizza Bancroft!Stood in line for 15 minutes, when the counter staff decides to take another waiting person before those standing in line, then decides to have a conversation with this person!Nice!Thanks to you and your staff wasting my time! And choosing some customers above others!

We arrived just before closing time, but they prepared what we wanted, then stayed open pass closing time allowing us to have the meal comfortable.

I wanted to put no stars but I couldn’t. This place is awful, the food is bad, the customer service is bad, everything about this place is just awful. I would NEVER recommend it.

THE CHEESE WASNT EVEN FULLY MELTED!!! I have not been this disappointed in a while. Who pulls out a half cooked pizza and is like ya ill serve that to someone...the dough wasn't cooked through and dough in the middle.Update: We are only able to offer a same-day remake or partial credit as per policy.Why would I want another uncooked pizza I want my full money back. I want a refund back to my card but even offering full credit as a minimum is just criminal
