Regular customer here, ordered 2 regular chicken on the rocks-medium spicy, however they were made very spicy, so much that we couldn’t eat them.

Picked up chicken on the rocks on sunday june 25, around 1:20pm. I drive truck and stopped by to pick up chicken on the rocks and took break after 30 minutes and when opened the box, i was like wth, what did they gave me. Chicken was so dried up and over cooked . And right away called in store to complaint, girl at the front who made my order had the audacity to say that you should have called me right after you picked it up. I’m in Toronto right now and she wants me to bring the shawarma back so that she can check it, i was like dude are you serious right now. She was rude to me on the phone like it is my fault, I’m the one who made the order. They need some supervision tarik, they can’t work alone. I just waste

When the manager is working and attentive, the quality of the food is night and day difference; it's usually very good. As he's really good at his job, and runs the staff well.I've gotten food poisoning twice now from here. Both times I got food poisoning he wasn't there. I intermittent fast, so I can really tell what foods make me react, as I limit and keep track of what I consume.If it's busy, and full staffed; and you make sure you're getting fresh hot food, it's great. You get what you're expecting most of the time.However.. If it's really slow in there with 1-2 people working.. I recommend finding another place..I just took my time to go there, and received undercooked fries, and weird semi-cold questionably cooked chicken, and it was not from the skewer thing, but from some metal bin. Was stringy weird texture, and semi-cold.I immediately started feeling gross, 1/3 into the meal; and threw it out. Complete waste of time and money. I'm throughly disgusted enough to take my time to write this.Sitting here just letting it digest while my stomach is bubbling. This was my cheat meal, and now I gotta not eat it for at least 6 months so I don't get turned off from shwarmas cause I have to many middle eastern friends lol. Thanks guys, that was great. lol

Visited for the first time in Mississauga the food was amazing and the staff was friendly. We were waiting for our cab to come which took more than two hours the owner was fine about it and said we could wait here all day since it was cold outside he even offered us something to eat !! Highly recommended

Just finished eating the whole super chicken shawarma rap. Lady who make my rap, made it to perfection, exactly the way i want my toppings on it. Everything was fresh as compared to other osmos i had. First time i managed to finish that super giant rap. Clean restaurant , great customer service. Looking forward to go there again.

Visited on a weekday to try the Chicken Shawarma Wrap. The food was very tasty and worth for money. The staff were very polite and supportive. Got the order quickly and accurately. The store was neat and maintained. The store was not much busy when I visited. Had a satisfying experience overall.

Happy to see they had veggie option besides the falafel . Was first time here , tried falafel wrap of a friend which was good . But I choose beyond meat wrap which was uncooked and not good at all . I had to chew alot to digest . Place itself looked clean and service was fast.
