No heavy-handed sales push. The job was done on time with good workmanship. They accidentally broke a power tool they borrowed and immediately replaced it. Completely cleaned up at the end of the job, taking extra time to ensure no nails were on the grass. Very professional and they do the job right the first time.

Great job! Manager/owner came to site and preps and has ready for his crew to start right away. The guys were friendly, fast, efficient, and good at what they do. When they left you'd barely know they were even there! Had the recommendation from neighbour. Have recommended them several times since! And they use great shingles and are recognized by better business bureau as an accredited company... I did a lot of research and quotes with 10 other roofers. And to top it off they were at a very fair middle of the pack pricing.

These guys were great very happy with the outcome. They had my house garage and shed done is less than three days. Roof comes with a guarantee/warranty. The guys that did the roof were friendly and knowledgeable. If it wasn't for covid these guys would have all gotten double high fives. So instead I'll give em five stars.

They left such a fantastic impression on us years ago that we didn't think twice who to call. They were just an fantastic this time around as they were years ago. When it comes to roofing - there is no other company than JL DuFour's plus they are locally owned. They look after you from quote, to install to clean up. It's a no brainer - we highly recommend JL DuFour's.

My neighbour and I hired them to do our roof recently. Very pleased with the results. Jules is very responsive and put together a comprehensive quote in no time. Out of the three quotes I got, his was the most competitive. Best part is the price I was quoted was the price I got. No surprises. His staff were friendly and polite, and cleaned up the job site well. He's been in the business 40 years and you can see why. I would hire him again.

They put new shingles on our roof a couple years ago and we were happy with their service. They were professional, price was fair, and the roof looks great! There were some really bad storms this year, but all the shingles stayed on our roof. We noticed some shingles in our yard after the storms, but they were not from our roof (they were from neighbouring houses). About 1.5 years after they put on the new shingles, we noticed a small leak where some water was getting in. This was due to a branch hitting a vent above our laundry room and really had nothing to do with the shingles they installed. Despite it not being their fault, they repaired it free of charge. So we're very happy with the roof and happy that they fixed the leak for free despite the fact that I wouldn't consider the leak to be their fault.

We have a lovely new roof with very attractive, high-quality shingles. The crew worked very hard and cleaned up well after the work each day. We recommend J.L. Dufour Roofing.
