The first time I washed my 24” blond extensions using K-Pak shampoo that was recommended for hair extensions they became all matted after they were dried. I reached out to Sanya via text immediately and she made it clear she was leaving for vacation in two days and could not even see me for 15 min to look at my hair after I paid $700 for the extensions. Sayna made it crystal clear via text that she only buys the hair and it’s NOT her responsibility. Within the first month of walking around with matted hair extensions a large amount also began to fall out. So not only did I pay for poor customer service, poor quality hair but obviously bad instillation. I have had hair extensions for over 7 years and never have that many fallen out within the first four weeks of having a fresh set. Matted hair is extremely damaging to your natural hair. I was forced to have them removed at my own cost by another professional. Sayna stopped responding to my texts and has not refunded me or compensated me for my $700 hair extensions that I had it for only 6 weeks which actually needed to be removed sooner. I had to research and find a trustworthy professional to fix the huge mess that Sanya left me in.

I got my hair done before the COVID lockdown and it looks so good!!!! Amazing service. So professional. Will definitely be coming back again when things open again!! Love love love!!!
