They listen to what you are looking for; will not waste your time contacting you for jobs that don't suit your needs. They listen to your skill set and your needs and try to find something suitable.I spoke with IS2 on a Monday, they had me suitable interviews by Wednesday, and a job offer that was worth making a career switch by Friday.I have just completed my contract and now work full time with my contracted company.Don't plan to use them again though because they found me a great job!
