Quinton was simply here. He investigated my ducts and discovered that they didn't need to be cleaned. Such genuineness is interesting nowadays. He might have quite recently cleaned them and taken my cash and I would have been oblivious. I will positively be calling him in two years to look again.

My dryer had been giving me problems since the beginning, but it just stopped working completely. We discovered that the dryer vent was completely jammed and obstructed beneath our deck. Very well, Keneth was punctual, very professional and pleasant. He explained why he was doing as he was going along prior to the duct cleaning. I noticed I coughed a bit when the heat was on and had to pull out my humidifier. After the cleaning, I have not coughed that much since the cleaning. Thank you.

My air ducts were build up with dust, dirt, and all sorts of other junk. I recently moved in to a new place and was curious as to what was blocking them. I never knew that this kind of service existed. They came right on time and did a great job cleaning my ducts out. The technician made sure to clean every inch of the way! Awesome job!

I would give this company zero stars. I have reached out to this company three times because they installed my dryer vent incorrectly and if DTE had not come and investigate before I ran my dryer, carbon monoxide would have entered into my home. DTE mentioned they use duct tape which is not the correct tape to seal it. They did not change my line as I had indicated and nor did they seal it properly and if I would have ran my gas my family and I could have had carbon monoxide or death DTE pink slipped it and had to shut off my gas and reconnect their work because it was done improperly and management has not returned my call or refunded me my money

This is a team with a great deal of experience, showed up on time and preformed the job in a timely way. Extracted dust and pet hair that had been building up in our ducts for many years. Before and after pictures were amazing. Fair price as well, unlike some other company that I used in the past. Am pleased!
