I come here quite often as I work nearby.Its a gamble to get fresh food or coffee. Staff is questionable. Rarely are you gonna get fast and efficient employees during rushes. On the other hand, they can be very slow and wait times are long.Last experience: There was major confusion and the order I placed wasn't even in their systems. Very disappointing.

Don't dare talk to an employee who hasn't punched their time card. They'll rudely cut you off mid-sentence to tell you that they're not working even if they're behind the counter in uniform.I think their manager should explain to them that REGARDLESS of their time card, they should smile and be helpful to customers because they represent the company when they're on the premises and in uniform.I only wanted to ask a question about the self serve computer. Sheesh...

Absolutely disgusting experience. Poor food quality, lousy and inattentive staff who don’t seem to care about a thing. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. And the most dirty, gross and messy environment I have seen in my life-floors were sticky and greasy, food leftovers were everywhere. We were the only people eating inside at a certain point and all the tables around us were messy. Actually I accidentally put my elbow into grease that was not cleaned from the previous customers and ruined my sweatshirt. Toilets were dirty, beverage station was a horror movie. The food was not at all McDonald’s quality and standards. Tray was dirty and greasy, obviously never washed, sandwiches were so dry and cheese not melted. Soft drinks felt different and the fries clearly had burnt, smoked grease aftertaste. Absolutely not worth a dollar, not to mention we paid 51$. Will write a complaint to MacDonalds Canada. This should not have place in your company. Employees are using the dining room as their hang out place, smashing fries around the floor and kicking beverage caps and packaging on the floor. One guy (who was obviously too tired to clean the premises), literally kicked fries under the bench and laid down (like took a completely horizontal position) to talk over the phone. He wore cook shoes and came from over the counter. Then another girl joined him at that table. This is horrible! Nothing is ever cleaned at this location! Zero standards, zero quality and zero joy for our family for the money spent. I made plenty of pictures and videos and will definitely forward them to McDonald’s Canada.

Usually was okay, last time i came, it says open 24hrs, cars are still in the drive thru, i arrive in the drive thru, someone at the mic tells me i have to go to the 1st mic not the 2nd…don’t know why but okay i go, i wait for 15 minutes only to be told its closed…it was 10:15!!!If it was closed why tell me to go to the other mic??Usually okay in the day, night staff is horrendous

Worst McDonald's around, and that's already a low bar to begin with. I've worked in customer service and retail, so I tend to keep complaints to myself. However, twice this month I've had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my order, one of which I discovered was wrong when I got home. The cashier seemed lost. I could have driven to another McDonald's, have my food and by the time I got back they still wouldn't have my order ready! Fast food isn't rocket science! Get it together.

Considering the amount of customers waiting it was a decent job to get my order without too much of a ridiculous wait. One thing I don't like is to have to ask for condiments... including salt.
