Excellent customer service. I purchased a riding lawn mower and I was picking it up. The cutting deck that was attached to the lawn mower was to long to fit in the trailer I rented. The staff was very helpful in detaching the deck from the mower and loading everything onto the trailer.In this day and age it is very hard to find staff who will not only be friendly but who will go above and beyond to help a customer. Keep up the great work.

I purchased an inverter today and went home to East River only to find out it was defective. The return staff were excellent in helping me exchange for another one that was also defective. Another work around found a splitter that was defective. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time this year I have had to return products. It chews up a lot of gas at 35 km one way.

The entire staff, regardless of which section, was friendly-approachable and willing to help; Can I help ya find something....." The shop steward had good knowledge of the product to which he recommended. Keys turned over

I went to this location for a specific item that said online had two in stock. I get there look around can’t find it on the shelf ask a associate he tells me that there aren’t any but I could go to another store. They may have one. this is the consistency with Canadian Tire with their stock levels and not being able to find or have the item in stock even though it says it is online.

Staff are always friendly and certainly helpful. It's a bit of a dreary shopping experience, the concrete floor, the smell of rubber, and that incessant squeaking noise from the overhead ventilation make it a bit of a chore. The Bayers Lake store is nicer and brighter, still the close proximity is convenient and you can get some great advice from the staff.
