Never buy appliances from there! The worst delivery and customer service that I have ever experienced in my life! I bought a laundry suite 2 weeks ago and I still do not have a working washing machine and dryer. They sent a dent machine first and it took them another week to reschedule and send again. The second time , the person did not install it correctly and left yesterday. Once I called, they said they will send another person there day after. Not only they have not yet, whenever I call they say they are waiting for delivery manager for a response. They cannot have a response from themselves for more than a day. Moreover, they told me I had to buy a new hose and vent from themselves first day to have their people install the machine. I did that. Washing machine had a hose itself. That means they just sold me an extra one too. I used to be a loyal furniture client of them. I will probably have to reconsider that too because it has been my worst purchase experience.Hamoon Ramezani

I found a dining table online, and Tepperman's carries it and it's a few hundred dollars less than anywhere else. Another plus, it will be delivered in under a week. The sales staff wasn't pushy, which is nice. But the downside is that most of style the store carries is a bit common, it's not a trendy store. But that works for them.

I purchased a beautiful leather living room set by Decor Rest ….sofa and two chairs. My salesperson was Jackie Tiede and she was so helpful. Professional and so knowledgeable about the products on the floor. I was with a friend and she was very impressed by her. We would certainly look to her for further purchases. ❤️❤️❤️

My experience buying a sectional with Teppermans is extremely positive. There were many to choose from and I worked with a salesperson to help find the best one for my needs. I was given lots of options for financing as well. Thank you so much!! I'm excitedly waiting my delivery. Also want to say thank you to my salesperson Antony. I appreciate all of your help.

Purchased a $2,500 sectional sofa (cash), paid delivery + set up. Had to wait two weeks for delivery. Sofa arrives + delivery guys aren't able to assemble it completely due to misplaced hardware. Now I have a sofa with its arm support detached from the rest of the unit. Called customer care, sent pictures via email. Five days pass + still have no answers on how they're going to fix this. Tried calling the Windsor store to speak to a manager, got the runaround from the reception desk telling me they can't do anything to help. Waited on hold with customer care" for over 1.5 hrs before I gave up for the day. What terrible customer service. All I want is what I paid for 3 weeks ago

I recently purchased a king bedroom set from the outlet at Tepperman's, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the furniture. It is evident that this store prioritizes quantity over quality, leaving me with a regretful purchase and a significant waste of money.First and foremost, the bed frame itself is flimsy and feels unstable. The wood used in its construction is cheap and prone to creaking with the slightest movement. This lack of stability has made sleeping on the bed an uncomfortable experience, as it gives an unsettling feeling that the frame may collapse at any moment.Furthermore, the bed has very sharp edges and corners that caused a few injuries to my wife and I. It's evident that no quality control measures were taken to ensure customer satisfaction.To add insult to injury, the customer service at Tepperman's has been incredibly unhelpful. When I contacted them regarding my concerns and dissatisfaction, their response was dismissive and unapologetic. They showed no willingness to rectify the situation or offer a solution to the poor quality of the furniture.Considering the price I paid for this king bedroom set, I expected a much higher level of quality and craftsmanship. It is disheartening to see a furniture store prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid shopping at Tepperman's if they value their hard-earned money and seek furniture of reasonable quality.In conclusion, my experience with Tepperman's has been nothing short of disappointing. The low-quality king bedroom set, combined with the lackluster customer service, has left me regretting my purchase. I would not recommend this store to anyone in search of reliable and well-crafted furniture.

First thing when I went to look at the mattresses, this young lady, Jackie asked if she could help me. Very pleasant, attractive and easy to laugh. She made us feel comfortable, my brother came to actually lay on mattress to give me his opinion. She knew her product & gave us lots of info. I decided on the bed and because she showed me the benefit of the moveable platform, I bought it as well.

I don't normally write reviews but this time I am. I just purchased living room furniture + dining room furniture. Spent over $5600. I was told the living room furniture was in stock and would be delivered on Thursday on the next week but the dining room furniture would not be delivered for 2-4 months. Because of the huge delay, I agreed to paying 2 delivery charges. I received the living room furniture on Thursday and then the next day Friday, I received a call that the dining room furniture was in. I asked for a refund on the second delivery charge since I would never have agreed to two charges and would have grouped all the furniture together but the manager would not take the charge off the invoice. If they have computer issues and don't know when furniture should arrive they have huge issues. I ended up canceling the dining room furniture. The manager ended up losing $2000 for Tepperman's. Don't know if its a scam.... Buyer Beware
