Door was locked when I got there. A girl walked up to the glass and put a hand written note saying that I needed to show picture ID to enter store. I couldn't believe the audacity. That was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Needless to say I walked away. Will not go back

We received excellent customer from Avery B. My husband I purchased new phones and had some issues with the change over. Unfortunately it took 3 visits with Amery before it was sorted out - no fault of his.Thank you Amery for your perseverance and patience!!!

Very helpful staff at this location. Josh was the person who helped me switch phone plans. And when an error came up with my phone he did whatever he could to help fix it. He was very patient and informative! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to shop with telus/koodo. A+ service!

They literally ID you like a dive bar (they smack a note on the door saying you can't come in without putting your ID against the glass) . Greatest spot in town you should check it out. It's bumping in there.Took them 20 min to bring up my account and did not help me.Do not shop here.. Unless you like to party. 19+

I visited this store with my parents to help them upgrade their phones. It was a wonderful experience. Amery B helped us find the perfect phones and plans for them and explained everything so that my non-techie parents understood. He was fabulous! And Cy M helped us, too, with switching the phones over. I am so thankful they made the process so easy.

Amery was awesome helping set up a new line for my 13 year old son. He involved my son in the decision making process and worked with me on the business stuff. Quinn enjoyed the experience and we were in and out really fast with a great deal. Highly recommend.
