Dadd's Magic Bus & Limo

DADDs transportation is FANTASTIC! Toys for Tots has benefited from their service for several years. They transport the Star Wars 501st to the Grand Rapid Santa parade staging area, then picks us up at the parade de-staging area. Every year Darth Vander tells me how pleased he is with the service. Thank you so much DADDs for providing an excellent vehicle, friendly and helpful driver, and service to Toys for Tots. We appreciate you!

I used the big party bus for my wedding. The bus itself and the driver we had for the night were great. Massive bus, good sound system, and comfortable for a big group.The customer service was very poor. Every time I would call it would seem like a chore for the owner and or receptionist. They charged me more than what I was told the day of - obviously I am not going to fight it on the day of my wedding. Then I got charged an additional hour extra a week later, even tho the bus driver was done before the original time. I called to discuss - again felt like a chore to the owner - and he explained he would look into it and give me a call back. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything back.Great bus. Great driver. Poor management. Would look in a different direction if I’m looking for transportation again in Michgan.

We rented a bus with the company for our kids homecoming. They confirmed the day before via text message and then the day of the dance cancelled at 1pm stating they didn't have a driver. Very poor communication throughout the whole booking process. Will never use them again. We originally booked 10 weeks prior with no indication they wouldn't have a driver available. Very disappointed kids.

Beware!! rented a limo for our kids prom night they were supposed to be at our high school at 5:25 PM and never showed up! they called with the bad news they didn’t even have a limo to drive to our school I told them if they were not at our school by 6 PM we were leaving because our kids had reservations at 6:30 PM! They never made it we all had to drive our kids to the restaurant but limo ended up showing up at the restaurant and our kids got to be in the limo for about 5-10 minutes to their prom! They had the audacity to charge my credit card for the full-time after breaking the contract!! very difficult to deal with and very shady! The limos Air conditioning and music did not work and was in very poor condition!

Had a great time on the bus with our party! Frank helped us set up the whole thing and was willing to help us in any way. The bus was a lot of fun with a great stereo system and lights. Our drive Kim took us to a bunch of cool places and made sure we got home safe. Would for sure use them again!

We had a great time on the Dadd's Party Bus. Communication and set up prior was easy and efficient and service during the rental was wonderful!!!

Dadds was so accommodating to my group. A different company cancelled last minute on superbowl Saturday, and I contacted Dadds just hours before and they were kind enough to squeeze us in and gave the best service. The driver was so kind and I am so thankful for the helpfulness of the company and how great the service was. The vehicle was in great shape and had a lovely interior perfect for a wedding shuttle. Will definitely use this company again!

DADDS ended up being a good choice for our wedding party bus. I was a little nervous a few months out, but it ended up working out. We had some big changes to our timeline due to COVID and it took a looooong time to get those confirmed. I never got a response to any of my emails, so it’s definitely better to talk to them over the phone. If you get Ron on the phone, ask to speak to Chad as it seems he handles all party bus bookings. Our driver was very friendly, but was not wearing a mask like we’d requested with Chad. The bus was new, clean, and specious. We had brought along our own speaker and cooler for ease, but they provided ice in the built-in buckets. Overall, we had a great time on the bus as we traveled between our different locations throughout the day!

I had a splendid night with my lady and Dadds Magic Bus did not fail to cater to every need. Our driver was fun and polite, and opened the door every time which was highly professional. Fantastic experience, I would recommend this service every time.
