I was curious to see what a specific property in my area was worth. Wow!

Should be a timeshare salesman. Things start out well when listing. But quickly turns after signing the listing agreement. Our asking price was reasonable and fair for the age and condition of the home according to Dan when getting us to list. However once negotiations started with prospective buyer it was you better take this offer because your home is a gut job and way over priced. Requests for clearer wording in chattels being included on the sale were ignored thankfully no issues have arisen as a result. Generally overall felt like I was being pressured and only thing Dan wanted was a quick sale and a pay check.In fairness though I need to add I hate selling anything through a 3rd party. I would much rather negotiate directly with the buyer and not through a realtor I also realize that realtors have established themselves with the public as a trusted professional and as such have a greater reach into potential home buyers than selling without one.

Dan I just wanted to say again thank you. You made Sherry and I feel very much at ease with Buying our forever home.
