Absolutely amazing service! I can't recommend them strongly enough. We've used Paskapoo three times now when we've been out of town to look after our cat Oliver. This included a relatively long trip. All of the sitters that came each day took care of everything and the app provides a great way to get daily updates (including cat photos!). They took care of the food, water, and other needs, and played with and brushed Oliver too.Our cat is also relatively shy but immediately took a liking to all the Paskappo sitters that visited! I think we've had three different people; all amazing. They definitely knew how to make him feel comfortable.We used to have a friend care for Oliver at their house. But being in a different environment was stressful. Having our cat stay home where he is comfortable while we're away is way better. Well worth it. As an added bonus, they do a daily walk through to ensure everything is good with the house, take in the mail or packages that arrived, and so on. The app also provides easy and seamless communication while away, and the booking system is excellent. We'll definitely keep using them.

Paskapoo Pet Services provide wonderful service to us and our little family, and in fact went over and above regular service and we will forever be grateful to Kathleen, owner of Paskapoo Pet Services for her diligent attention to the well-being of both of our fur babies, and for responding to Rocket's health crisis in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner. Rocket is happy and on the mend.

Kathleen is a super nice and professional lady and her service is of the highest quality. I had a wonderful vacation without needing to worry about anything about my two cats as I knew she is excellent at what she does! Bravo et Merci! Will definitely seek her help with cat sitting again during my next trip.

Can I just say that Paskapoo Pet Services did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB looking after my boys while I was in Japan for 10 days?The pricing was really good but I think the best part was the daily updates and pictures of my boys from Kathleen to I could visually see that they were doing okay. Also really appreciated the daily updates about who was coughing up hairballs where so there weren't gross surprises when we got home. Thank you so much, Kathleen!

Kathleen and the rest of the Paskapoo team have taken care of my little bunny Bleu a handful of times now. Their quality & care for their customers & pets is like nothing I've experienced before. From quick response times to accommodating pickups, they make the whole boarding process easy and stress-free. My favourite is always receiving picture updates when I'm away, as it can be stressful leaving your pet in someone else's care. However, I fully trust Kathleen and her team & I couldn't recommend them enough!

I can’t say enough good things about Paskapoo. Kathleen has always been professional and thorough with her cleaning services. She is also a budding professional photographer too. I have many photos of the animals. Keep up the great work.

Kathleen and Nina did a first class job of looking after my two cats. I felt 100 percent sure that they were being properly care for during my holiday. I came home to everything looking great and well care for during my leave. My mail was sitting on the kitchen counter waiting for me. Most important my cats were happy! We really like the boarding services from Kathleen. It was really nice to get updates with pictures of our pets while we were on vacation. Our pets were treated very well. In summary, good communications, top services, highly recommend.
