Our service rep Victoria just left our business and I just have to say that I really appreciate her service, kindness and professionalism. She is always very pleasant to deal with and always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with everything. I haven't always been pleased with Unifirst, but I am always happy with the way Victoria does her job. Thank you.

Quite unhappy with the service for our company. We have been overcharged periodically on statements for services we do not use. We have had several occasions where our uniforms did not show up. We have requested repairs that get neglected for months at a time. I would rather invest 5k in a proper set up to service our own uniforms then even consider giving these guys $20 a month

Victoria is the g.o.a.t (greatest of all time) of uni first. Outstanding employee, Nothing but a ray of sunshine when she shows up. Definitely look forward to her showing up every week.

The team at Unifirst has been servicing our company for 8 years now. We have had such a great experience with them. They offered new products to us to help us around our shop and office which has been a huge help and savings from me having to order online. They have always gone above and beyond to service our team. Amanda Weston has been nothing but delightful to work with. She answers my requests as soon as I send them in and is always happy to accommodate me changing my mind. Tyler Richard is our delivery and sales representative; we couldn’t be happier to have to deal with him. He is always pleasant and happy when he comes around and always supplies what we need when we need it. Dematco Manufacturing Inc. has been with UniFirst for over 16 years and it is because of Bear, our rep and the exemplary service he has provided to us. Bear supplies us with mats, roll towels and bathroom supplies and if, on the odd occasion, something is missed he quickly resolves the issue and ensures that we receive the missing item. He knows what we need before we know! Bear cares about his clients and it shows in his strong work ethic. Bear is a part of our team and is definitely the best part of the UniFirst Team! I work at a car dealership, and the Logo Mats that we received from UniFirst have been excellent quality! We have weekly carpet cleaning that feels like it takes care of itself, with outstanding service from our rep, Bear! Not only do they provide excellent quality products, but our rep is a welcome face in the dealership for all of the staff here - he shows that you don't need to work for the same company to be a part of a team! I have recently switched from Canadian Linen to Unifirst for coverall service and I havent looked back. The entire process from ordering with Susan to doing weekly pickups/drop offs was made so easy and convenient. Our driver Nathan is polite and accommodating. Even though we run a small business I truly believe they treat us like we are a huge corporation.

Park Landscaping has been dealing with Unifirst for a couple years now and have found the service Bear gives us is Exceptional. He takes care of the inventory so I never have to worry about being out of anything when the Janitorial lady is here to clean. Also, if anything new comes out he always lets me know. The service is awesome, Bear is always so friendly and pleasant to deal with.
