If you want to deal with a company who cares about your brand keep well away from this company. Having attended an event earlier in the year I met a nice young lady who told me about this company run by her brother Gus. I have used them a few times and had issues at every turn. Shirts bleeding to much, credit issued. want a proof on its own? knickle and dime stuff like paying for a proof. The last issue I had was we had shirts being returned as the design was not centered. Gus was very rude as usual when I brought up the issue to him and when I followed up he advised me he would not be replacing he's bad work and to come and get our shirts. according to him it was a minor issue in he's opinion.I'm all for supporting other small business owners as I am one myself but I assure you, there is much better companies in kitchener and the Tri City area that will treat you like a valued customer and care about your products. Maybe visit companies like Civilian Printing. Very Friendly customer service, they wont charge you for things like a proof and if they mess up they will work with you.

GMP did a great job with an order of custom baseball jerseys. They gave many options, explained them all well, and worked with the logo and text design. Sizes all matched as ordered and they turned around very quickly. It's also great the jerseys are made in Canada instead of just being printed/screened in Canada only.

I was recommended this place by another team manager at Waterloo Soccer to get initials put on the teams bags and tracksuits. The service was fast, the staff were excellent, the price is very reasonable and end product was great. I will use this place for my future needs.

I had been a customer here for years.I will not be one any longer.I recently ordered some silk screened company shirts.Our logo was definitely applied on an angle.I spotted the problem immediately. The owners son Gus stormed into his office and pulled out a T-square and tried to demonstrate how I was wrong about the issue.He got very angry after that and ordered me out of the store.Gus, you are doing a great job of ruining the business your parents built.I will not be back.

We ordered corporate jackets for the holidays. The product was 100% Canadian and we are very impressed with their work.

I'd recommend not to use this company for team wear. The first jacket came with the number uneven on the back. Brought back, and they ripped out the stitching and re did it, however you can see on the back where the old stitching was and with washing will wear out. It looks shoddy. When I commented about paying a lot of money for it she said what $40? Um no it was $70, and irregardless it should have been done right. Do not order from here unless you're ok with less than par workmanship
