Marble Slab Creamery
This marble slab has the best employees I've seen compared to the locations in London. My family and I went in tonight (Easter Sunday) and the girl working had a great attitude, very friendly and helpful. Ice cream is delicious as usual but I really wanted to commend this location for the great customer service.

One of my favourite ice cream places!! Went in today and they were packed but, the staff worked hard as they were taking everyone’s order. Excellent customer service even though some of the customers that come in can be rude and impatient. Beautiful and delicious ice cream+ amazing customer service= you will be seeing me again(^-^)

Best ice cream I’ve had!!! The flavour range is huge, so you’ll be sure to find a couple flavours that you’d want to try. The mix ins are delicious, and very fresh tasting!! Compared to other locations, outside of St. Thomas, this by far is my favourite location. This location has been consistently delicious with every order I’ve made, I’m never let down!! Staff are very kind, and the customer service is amazing. I would recommend this location to everybody, as it’s always been a 10/10 experience for me!!

LOVE this location! Staff is always amazing, management is so friendly. The flavour range is incredible and love their dipped cones!! Will definitely be coming back! They also have pup cups for dogs which my puppy loved!!!

The fact that The ice cream is great isn't surprising. Marble Slab is known for it. However the staff here are great, Me and my family were in recently and Omar was phenomenal! Big smile, high energy and was great with my young autistic son. The staff did a great job greeting everyone as they come in.Will be back.

The best ice cream in town!! It has such a home-y feel & every time I go, I’m met with smiling faces & employees ready to make my experience amazing. Everyone is always so patient & they’re always so willing to provide suggestions/or taste tests to make sure I like the flavour! 10/10 (everyone needs to check it out)

We spent 20 minutes in the store watching your two poor staff members answer and prioritize “skip the dishes” orders that were coming in non-stop before the 8 people waiting in line to be served or even addressed. If you are going to allow “ skip the dishes “ orders I highly suggest you employ more then two people so the ones that are in your store are getting served just as quickly as the “skip the dishes” orders coming and going. Horrible experience , 20 minutes for 3 over priced ice-creams

This is the best location I’ve been to. There are a ton of mix in’s, they have a ton of amazing flavours. Staff was super nice, welcoming and willing to help. The place was very clean, overall great experience.

Marble Slab Creamery
We were in earlier this afternoon, and I felt very unhappy about my experience. First I asked for a kid size scoop of ice cream, you put it in a big cup and charged way more then what a kids scoop is and I needed to give what was suppose to be two simple items to two different workers because they kept walking off after I gave my order to do a completly different task.
