Rona will sell you returned/used items without telling you. Got a dehumidifier last week and a google nest 1st gen doorbell yesterday. Both scratched up and the doorbell had ripped container inside. Never had this in any other hardware store. Returning the doorbell today but since I don’t drive I decided to keep the dehumidifier

I ordered chairs from there last week did not get the order until a week later when i picked it up I did not receive the screws so i called rona no answer left a message then Sunday asked a friend to call since i was at work still no response contacted them through customer service they tell me to call the store and refused to help me. Still don't know what to do

Very disappointed today! Ordered all my roofing material for express delivery. The site says to order before 2pm on weekdays and noon on Saturdays to get same day delivery. I ordered at 9:57am Saturday morning and chose and paid for the express delivery. By 4:40pm, I still received no notification of delivery being made. Called the customer service line that read off my number and every time I selected to get details about my order, it would just tell me that was my order, and loop me in automated hell. Finally got through to an agent that then told me that they don't do deliveries on Saturday. That's not what the website said and it gave me the option to choose express for that day. I'm sorry

If you like getting attitude from employees and waiting Rona Anjou is the place for you. Employees and managers have zero competence when it comes to customer service and knowing how to treat customers. Save you time go to any of their competitors.

The store is conveniently located. They carry a good selection of merchandise. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Lost, Lazy and very unwilling to help a client. They would rather point to where to go, not even telling you the isle number. I'm sorry if I bothered you at work, go back to talking to your friends laughing and have a good time just standing around.

Mme Guylaine Michaud in the appliances department really went above and beyon to help me. I was so happy with her suggestion to buy my washer and dryer. Merci énormément Mme Michaud!

Long line up to pay... since it's hard to find staff just put more self checkouts and space it out better since everyone is crammed in one spot. It's not exactly small items that most people are picking up here.
