Nice quiet complex with reasonable rent rates. Dick are maintenance guy does a great job!!!One big problem, if you don't like to live in an apartment where the heat in the winter time is cranked so hot you have to install intake fans in at least 2 or 3 windows to keep the temperature reasonable.The owner must enjoy throwing money away, with utility rates very high im surprised he allows it to happen. Today October 26th i measured the temperature with a digital thermometer 94 Degrees F. Most unhealthy and unbearable, give your heads a shake!!!!Hope the owner is aware!!!
