Doctor parsa is very young but he’s perfect

Dr. Parsa is very professional and knowledgeable. He cares about his patients and feels responsible about their health. I very much recommend him to those looking for a skilled heart specialist.

Don’t recommend, they seem to prioritize clients of their own ethnicity, I sat there waiting to be seen more than 45 mins late while they took in other clients that had just entered. I was ready to leave. Never got to see the doctor, the receptionist did the procedure (which is weird). I sent an email to reschedule days before for next appointment which they never responded to and then called me that I missed my appointment, there is no way they do not have time to check emails as I seen both receptionists sitting behind the desk chatting and giggling the entire time I was there. Can’t say anything about the doctor as INever met him nor got any results.!

If I could give the receptionists on their own 5 stars I would, they've always been kind with any questions I had!But my experience with the doctor and tests was very odd. I was told I had the all clear and was dismissed as a patient, so I asked for my records bc me and my GP never saw them, and turns out there were results I really wish I could've discussed and gone thru with the cardiologist, but trusted them when they said 'all good!' even if I still had the symptoms i was referred for. Also I noticed one test had me put down as 'male' instead of 'female' lol. All n all they felt very disorganized and I feel like I wasted a year to not have any questions answered

Yeah AP take patient don’t take patient care seriously. I was waiting 3 months for an scheduled appointment. They rang me early which I missed. Then I tried to ring back, 5 times in the next 30 minutes all were not picked up. And now I am lost I have waited months for this appointment and I missed 1 call and I don’t know what to do next. The quality of care is terrible
