On March 11th I went to cosmoprof to return a pair of Babyliss Trimmers that I had purchased 2 or 3 weeks ago and I HAVE NEVER OPENED OR USED THEM !!! Halfway on my drive I realized that the receipt wasn't in the bag so i call the 1-888 number to find out what other proof of purchase I can show the store that I purchased it there and I wasn't just some scamme. The 1-888 guy had said that its no problem I can just used the receipt on my phone, silly me not realizing that its 2019 and thats a thing now. I proceeded on and showed the lady at the desk and she said she had never heard of that sorta thing and didnt know how to do so. She countiued to refused to accepted my proof of purchase even though it was all on there the store, all codes what I all purchased she just didnt understand because it wasn't hand held receipt which I understood but knowing everything was on there me as a customer didn't see an issue with it. She countiued to refused to accept it which was frustrating for me as a customer becuase all the info i knew was what the 1-888 guy told me on the phone. The one thing was missing was the date that I had found when I got home Purchased on Febuary 8th 2019. Not impressed with this service I received even though I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now guess I have to find a new place to purchase my items. The only reason I am giving this 2 star is because I came at closing time and they didnt kick me out for so even tho the vibe was there!
