I had the most incredible experience with Dueck Richmond, with the help of Nicole Bullock! She contacted Howard Zhang for me, who found me a fabulous 2008 Toyota Yaris sedan in my budget! I purchased a 2021 Camaro from this dealer 6 months ago, and love it! I brought it into service today, as I heard strange sounds from the clutch. They are very friendly and professional, and took the day to go over the drive train. Turns out they checked everything, and nothing to worry about, I just need more revs. The service Rep was great! I recently purchased my 2020 Buick Encore from Dueck Richmond and had a really great experience. So a few years back I bought a new truck from Nicole. I was the customer from hell , I am a nice person , but I asked a lot of questions and I wasn't really ready to buy . Nicole was very professional and walked me through the whole thing . I was so impressed that I have referred people to her , some of which have made purchases with her .The other thing she helped me with was an extended warranty . I can not stress enough how happy I am that she suggested I buy it . We started on our long journey to buy a C8 Corvette by going online to build our dream car and found a matching car at Dueck Richmond in the color we wanted, so we just had to go for a visit. That is when we met Matthew who explained the process for purchasing a Corvette - we decided to put down a deposit to get on the wait list. Matthew has been very helpful, encouraging, always professional but kind and very patient where we were sometimes not so much as we waited, and waited... And then the day finally arrived when we got our phone call to come in and build our Vette. Again, Matthew guided us through the process and patiently waited for us to go back and forth deciding on all the final details before he pressed the send button for our build specs – there was no pressure to upsell us on anything but what we wanted. And then the order was accepted, the car was built and delivered – Matthew was very good about keeping us informed of the various steps and approximate timelines.
